  1. Bronco Raptor Suspension Upgrade by Foutz Motorsport - New Blog Post

Squeaking can happen with those rod ends. This spray is at most NAPA's and works great for me. I have taken my Foutz long travel down to Baja and KOH every year and I cant kill them (yet). Its been like 2 years. have.
  2. Armorlite Desert Khaki Floor Photos

Kail, Can one lay this right on top of the existing carpet (Wildtrak) or does carpeting need to be removed also ? LOVE the KHAKI !
  3. Armorlite Desert Khaki Floor Photos

I thought I was the only one looking for khaki. All the sand and dirt out here is that color.
  4. Ride Shocks - a long-term review. (video linked at end)

I cant speak to the exact tune or the SAS 2.0. I had the 3.0, then kings, and then a extreme Ride setup. That being said I dont think the 2.0 is anywhere near the class of a Ride or King at any level. I do think too many people hope for out of the box perfection without doing more homework...
  5. Fire Protection: Extinguishers: Dry, Halotron, CO2, Element Stick, Blankets, etc... what are you carrying?

The Arizona Raptor Run group advocates for that as well. Apparently they had a guy out solo who rolled his truck and was suspended upside down and could not then get the seat belt to release since it carried all his weight.
  6. Fire Protection: Extinguishers: Dry, Halotron, CO2, Element Stick, Blankets, etc... what are you carrying?

I like how well thought out Lobo stuff is. Sadly I keep missing their products as I do another solution right before they come out with the product.
  7. Fire Protection: Extinguishers: Dry, Halotron, CO2, Element Stick, Blankets, etc... what are you carrying?

It was a trade off: ABC powder is significantly more corrosive than Purple-K. ABC uses mono ammonium phosphate, which melts under heat into a sticky, acidic, and highly corrosive residue that destroys electronics and metals. Purple-K uses potassium bicarbonate, which creates a dry, alkaline...
  8. Fire Protection: Extinguishers: Dry, Halotron, CO2, Element Stick, Blankets, etc... what are you carrying?

I did industrial safety and first responder training for about 15 years. I went with a Purple K 2.5# at the base of my seat (Desert Does it mounts) and a 2.5 ABC at the base of the the passenger seat. Purple K is more affordable then straight halotron stuff. I typically put the first aid...
  9. B-Pillar Braces recommendations?

I'm only aware of the Ford Performance one. Havent seen an aftermarket version.
  10. E load vs C load tires - what's your pick?

I thought my Kenda RT's were C but after looking them up they are D . Super happy with them. I had the MT2 before that maybe they were C, not sure.
  11. B-Pillar Braces recommendations?

I have had creaking from the C Brace bolts loosening. Also dust in there can even do it. I did the GOAT B Brace and the Ford Performance C brace. Happy I did both, but the B brace made the biggest difference for the vehicle. I believe I was cracking windshields just through body flex hauling...
  12. E load vs C load tires - what's your pick?

I went with load range D. These have been great.
  13. Seat comfort and support Question

Desert Does It makes these seat jackers that lift the front of the seat a bit. Cheap enough and made a big difference in comfort and staying seated in rough roads. In general good seats though.
  14. Check Brake System warning light on '22 OBX with 2.7 liter engine.

Went through all that same stuff, but under warranty. My dealer added s ome custom code and it went away, but its giving me a new error about it not having a VIN. I have had a few other errors where I suspect the BCM to be suspect.
