At this point you need to go to the dealer. There is a setting to allow customer add of fobs,this may be turned off. Did you put a new battery in the fob ? The correct way ?

I didn`t think I read it wrong , glad to see you changed it to Sport. That first picture you can see a mark where the pin has come out of the hole,so if it still doesn`t turn with the motor off the hatch you need a M1PZ17C426A --or try to free it up and it probably seizes again.

The arm goes directly on the shaft ,I don`t understand what you are saying about the motor working. Either it works and the shaft (and arm) move or it doesn`t. If it doesn`t you need a motor . The retail price of the motor is about 185 dollars
