No...I've had the biggest tires for some time 37s...then 40s, now 41x14.50r17...I didn't buy any "kit"!!! Just carefully trimmed.

I recall the plug behind behind the upper trim panel on the rear upper inner portion of the roof. I think it just pops off...the plug has about 1 foot of wire from where it slides into the window Chanel on the drivers side.

I've taken the glass out many times as I swap it back and forth with my custom half cab...its easier w 2 people, but only takes a few minutes.

Fantastic pictures of an AWESOME choice!!! I have the 2dr FE in the same color, and I love it. Got #73 in November because it sat on dirt mountain for several months waiting for a new top. Im with you, I would buy the SAME thing if I got a choice to do it again.

It's just a little seepage, at the end of the jumbo sized slip joint, the factories all use nowadays. Jeep has the same thing. The days of the splined slip yoke, are limited, as these new tubes are manufactured with the little slots Pressed into them, And that becomes the new stronger slip joint.

Good idea! Ill consider that. If this price is real, these could be an inexpensive alternative...and you could always add a supercharger later for even more power.
