Ford OEM. Soft feeling to them - not slippery overly-hard plastic. I can't comment on the Mabbett floor mats, but their trunk liner was like a slip and slide so I got rid of that pretty fast and replaced it with the OEM

I think they are worth it. Much easier to take out the liner, dump it out and hose it off than cleaning out the washout floors. The washout floors are great for when there is a bigger mess, but the vinyl liners add another layer that is easier to clean on day to day basis
