I can’t imagine cross-shopping a crosstrek with a Sasquatch, but I came from a GTI which makes even less sense. I guess they’re all available with manuals, but I’ve always heard that the crosstrek powerband kills the drivers soul.

The base is easily the best value, but I wanted a 4dr manual with signature lights and rear locker. I didn’t want heavy body armor, monster truck tires or any of electronic nanny features. BB wins for me.

Big Bend, Signature LEDs, 7MT. Lighter weight, more fun to drive, can still do just about anything off road. Sasquatch is completely unnecessary for the overwhelming majority of owners. I’m glad it exists, but cmon.
