like one of the other posters said, there is virtually no public land in texas... and bridgeport, while fun, feels like you are constantly bumping into folks and its probably not what you are hoping for. highly recommend making a long weekend of things up in OK or AR. some good trails like what...

anyone have any aftermarket tie rod suggestions? just enough for repair and careful return while out on the trail? the OEM one is fairly expensive (imo, and compared to the one that used to come in the kit suggested in the thread (McQuay-Norris ES3234 tie rod)) to then probably buy upgraded...
