That’s a tough call. I absolutely love the attic tray and how it uses an unused space to get all my recovery out of the way. To me it’s more practical for stuff I won’t use as often and don’t need access to on a more routine basis.
The lower tray is more practical for items you would or could...
Sorry I couldn’t get the photos of it this evening. I installed the lower cargo tray and ran out of light and time. I’ll get the photo with the TLP with the Attic tray over the weekend.
Added the lower @Mountains2Metal cargo tray. That finishes out the rear. I unfortunately cannot use the lower cargo MOLLE due to having the ford slide out table. It raises the flooring and the mounting will not work with the different tie downs.
When I purchased my attic tray at Super Cel they said it would. I test fitted the top lift pro on mine and it will work. I’ll snap a picture this evening when I’m home for work and installing the lower cargo tray. But with the tray folded down it fits right in.
Spent the evening with @SPVPARTS installing some Rigid bumper pocket lights. I cannot recommend John and SPV enough, absolutely great company to work with.
Continuing on with my @Mountains2Metal upgrades installed the center console molle panel and the molle glasses holder basket. I have another M2M item that should be here Friday that I’ll install on Sunday.
Nothing to major but finally put my TLP together and my Ford Accessories Bimini cover from coverking finally came in. Unfortunately rain is in the forecast for a long while so it’ll be some days before I can get the Velcro laid and sit overnight then install the Bimini. I do have some more parts...
Glad to help, I’ve been eyeing the lower fold up shelf as well it will probably be my next purchase from them. You will not be disappointed with the attic tray no rattles and just a great thought out design.
Access with it up is tight against the roof, there are two latches one on each side to release it to fold down. It is MOLLE on the bottom so you should be able to mount your recovery boards there however it will then cut into your line of site if that’s an issue for you.
It tucks up completely out of the way of your line of site. I absolutely love it, I have gear ties that I’ll use when topless to secure items. It still works with the top lift pro. Just fold the tray down and the lift slides right in. Next time I take the top off I’ll post an updated picture...
Not today but updating my last few upgrades. I added the Black Bronco badge and passenger side rear tow/recovery hook, black Ford oval, bug deflector/ Mountains2Metal Squatch basket/door pockets/lockable medicine cabinet/rear roll bar MOLLE/and their new attic tray, Rockworkx bolts and now...
