I haven't measured that specifically but with these designed/tuned by Ford Performance specifically for non-SAS Broncos and there was no trackbar requirement I feel pretty safe saying yes.

Like angled from the ground looking up? I've been very happy with the decision - we did White Rim trail in April and they performed really well in that terrain. Also very happy with the lift they provided.

The Ford Performance tuner/calibration does allow for tire size changes. It also gives you the increased torque/HP calibration. I've found it to be very much worth the cost if you're interested.
The Ford Performance website only requires an ASE certified technician to do the install for the warranty to be valid - I didn't have mine installed at a dealership, I went to an overlanding shop that as you mention should have more experience handling these types of installs.
@Jazer when you say to the fender do you mean the bottom of the fender flare? Or to where the Vehicle body starts? I'm at 25" from the center of the wheel hub to the bottom of the fender (or fender flare if that's the term for the entire metal portion of the fender).
