Anyone interested in going off-roading at either Rock Run or Ben Franklin Range on July 15th? Apparently, at Rock Run it's the only day they allow driving after dark outside of guided rides. Sounds fun.

Rock Run is located about 2 hours east of Pittsburgh.

BFR is an hour northeast of Pittsburgh. Smaller place. But they're supposed to have a BBQ food truck there that day. :)

Looking to go on green / blue trails.

Sounds very fun, unfortunately my bronco is on the way still and I just had an addition to the family, but would love to take part in one of these in the future. Happy fourth!

Be careful out in rock run, the vehicle trails are pretty narrow. They're really a place for side by sides and custom rock crawlers. When I turned up with my Bronco and two jeeps they acted like we were crazy. We had fun other than sinking my Bronco, but I didn't get good vibes from them.

@Mishra42 Hmmm..... Thanks for the heads up. Probably not best the best place to Off Road at night with a full size 4x4 then.

They've got tons of open logging roads to rip around on, but yeah the trails were super tight. The Gladiator with us was almost too long. BGR is a fun spot, just carry a fire extinguisher if it's been dry, last time I was there i put out a brush fire.
