Has anyone else been having trouble with Granger? My delivery yesterday was awful (arrived without prep, without fuel, missing tool kit, no MSO). So far, zero response from Granger.
Update: Zach was out of the office and will look into it tomorrow. Also, I learned that they mail the Iowa in-transit titlein 10-15 days (instead of MSO) which can then be re-titled in home state.
Update2: Hunter let me know that the gas tank was not filled on purpose for transport (not a mistake). Zach kindly offered to cover a professional detail, but I declined since it wasn't necessary (I already did most of it myself).
Update3: Unfortunately, I just found out that it might take 4 weeks for Granger to convert the MCO to a temporary Iowa title, so I might be unable to drive it for a while. Since there isn't a lienholder, my state requires the physical MCO or title in order to register it.
Update4: Still no title after 4 weeks. Tag expired over a week ago, so I can't even drive my new Bronco. Missing part is backordered.
