Pricing....

Many are freaking out about pricing. We did a window of time where individuals would have a discount if they were X-plan. Some of you do, some of you do not and are at MSRP. For my group there is NO ADM being added. If Ford has made something more expensive, or, you change your build to something more expensive that is on the individual. My promises to customers has NOT changed.

Cost changes...
Ford will issue a rebate at the time of purchase for items that have increased costs on for the 21 models pushed to a 22. This will NOT show on your build and price. It will show up when you purchase the Bronco as a rebate from Ford. With this being said KEEP TRACK for yourself. I will not know who gets what. Once the vehicle is being built I can pull rebates and check on it for you all.

Cancels....
If you had enough and want to cancel your order we can now do it in our system. You MUST send me an email requesting your order be cancelled.

Priority....
Current deliveries do and will take priority as that is my actual job. I know for each of us when it is time to take delivery you want it NOW. The other day we had 3 Broncos get delivered overnight, an ordered Ranger, and an ordered super duty. So Friday and Saturday I was incredibly busy.

Changing orders/converting....
Many have emailed me changes to their orders. I have not gone through them yet. I need to be sure the glitch that is duplicating orders when we make changes is corrected in the system 1st. I want everyone to get credits they are due from Ford. Again, this will probably be a painful process to go through all over again but I will be dedicating time to get this done for my group.

21 and 22 reservations....
Those who had an order for a 21 and were pushed to a 22 will have me correcting their order and sending new buyer's orders and Dora's to be signed. When you get them I MUST have then SIGNED, DATED, and RETURNED to me ASAP. Hopefully it will just be some tweaks and changes and not having to fully rebuild an order.

The process....
Those who made a reservation after the 21 cut off (from what I am told) will do their own update from their app, and send it in themselves and 1 of the managers here will respond (within 7 business days) and send a buyer's order and Dora back to be signed and returned. As a side note once this is done PLEASE send me a copy so I can still keep track for you. They keep all orders in a drawer where multiple managers and staff have access and if something gets misplaced I keep a hard copy locked in my file cabinet in my office. I trust my team, I am just VERY anal about having hard copy records on file to refer to, and protect all parties.

Where is my gifts?....
I am still fine tuning the 1k that many of you have heard and asked about. I am trying to get involved in this and understand how this would work with a tiny store like ours. It seems the individual store decide if and how they participate. This is due to the store having to 1st pay up front then submit receipts to Ford and wait on the reimbursement after approval. If 20 people wanted something that would be 20k we would have to spend and we honestly cannot afford that here. I am trying to ask about it being applied toward Ford accessories for customers since we get 30 days to pay those bills. I asked about this since a few customers said they want Ford items for their vehicles. Plus it allows us to utilize more funds for each person instead of just sending a gift which may be nothing you all want/need.

@NayNay This is all great info. Thank you for the update! A couple random questions that I figured most of us would be curious about. If I recall, a long time ago you had "cut off" reservation transfers to Leonardtown to not end up in a situation like Granger has found themselves in. With so many looking to switch their reservations now, does that still stand or will you be forced to accept people moving reservations? I only ask because I think we were around 20 or so total in the beginning and some have been fulfilled since...which increases a lot of our chances of getting built sooner but if a hundred people with older reservation dates switch over that could obviously dramatically affect our positioning.

With that said- are you able to provide a rough number of how many reservations you still have that have not been built and what dates those are timestamped so we all have a rough idea of where our timestamps fit in the grand scheme? Even just a rough idea like "8 reservations with July timestamps, 12 for August, 10 for September", etc- would be helpful.

Lastly- given the above update from you- for those of us in a 99 priority status that were waiting for things like Manual Sasquatch and are now ready to place our first actual order- what is the next step for us? Should we wait to hear from you, or shoot an email? If I understand correctly we should wait until we hear from you based on the duplicate order glitch you found, but wanted to clarify that.

Just want to confirm. I have an Aug 2020 reservation with a 99ed MY 21 order. I email everyone I’ve been in contact with at Leonardtown with an update MY 22 summary from the updated build and price. I changed vehicle color and added some small accessories.

You’ll reach out to me with a new buyer’s order and DORA in the next few days(by Oct 28)?

Also any chance we can get a call scheduled to to talk through all of this individually or as a large group?

@Eharris55 A conf call will not work for a group. Individual calls can, but I have to schedule it as I go through all the emails. There has been many sent. I may come on my day off and try to just work on them and nothing else. This will depend on what happens at my doc apt on Wed morning.

Same question…do you know your allocation yet? How’s that compare to number of orders?

@RDS12 The allocation is based on specific criteria and I have no clue what ours is yet. I did speak with my rep and he said ours has not been given to us yet. I do know we have not broken 1 rule as of yet and every customer has taken delivery of their Bronco with zero bad surveys to date. All that does play in our favor too. I think after we get these converted orders fixed we will get an idea from Ford. They cannot do the math if they do not know how many converted orders we have.

Currently every order but a few say 99 so I have not been able to filter through who is a 21 or 22 yet. This means I cannot give you all any ideas on what is left to be built either. I am sorry as this sounds rude, but, currently I do not have time to just go through and manually count what is in there then click on each individual order, wait for it to load, and filter out 21 from 22 and then check the order dates which is a different screen. As I am able to convert them I will be in the screen and sort them and I will at that point have some accurate numbers I can post.

My order was a 10 and not a 99 so I’m unsure what that means as far as my reorder goes. I have my build ready whenever you say go.

@TXBoy79 Ford took all the orders that were converted already and put them back to a 99 code. Which means your order went back to needing to be converted again. The difference is that whatever you converted to the 1st time remained the same so we do not have to start all over again. There are updates and changes for the 22 model year. Make sure you look at the changes and updates prior to sending it to me. Once you decide what you want to change then email it to me. Does this make any sense? I know that I know what I mean in my head but am not sure it is translating properly here.....

Hope your well @NayNay . I can’t wait to come in to get my 21 order redone for 22 and sign the new DORA. Also you mentioned X-plan and msrp for the 21 folks. I thought it was 3% below msrp? Just want to confirm.

@HEMI_Shaker it was either 3% off msrp or 1% over invoice, whichever was the greater benefit to the customers. Not everyone has that tho and I just want to be clear on it. Only certain individuals qualified for that. The promotion for it has ended and any new orders were at msrp. I say this because some have asked why they didn't get the special we ran and that's because they came in after the cut off. I couldn't let it run indefinitely just like I had to cut off orders so we wouldn't get overwhelmed.

@NayNay thanks for the hustle! When is an appropriate time to check up with you, then? Understand you're busy and I did see that my order says 2022 Bronco on my reservation and the green dot/"ordering with dealer"...

Just trying to understand timeliness and whatnot.

I have not begun the conversion yet. Since Ford had a glitch going.. seems it's sorted now.. if you don't hear from me by Wed then please text me. I hope to get through these rather quickly.
