@Wanted33 I was actually really really impressed! It was a smooth ride compared to the Saharas I've driven and even compared to my Tundra. I felt like it had a good amount of pick up to it. I could definitely pull out in traffic and get up to speed easily. It was for sure louder than expected. Kind of felt like a window was cracked the whole time. I understand it's a soft top but still just a little louder than I anticipated even coming from a convertible owner. All in all, very impressed, and happy I kept my reservation!

@MISSJD Thanks you, Like you I'm a long time convertible owner (have 2 now). I guessing the tires on the Badlands make cause some of the noise. I'm a late res, and don't expect my OBX until next year sometime. I'm holding out for the MIC top. Also, I have a Wrangler JL now, and while it doesn't ride bad, it does have that rocking motion you get from 2 solid axles. Plus that little bit of play in the steering from the SFA, and pitman arm. While neither are a deal breaker for a Jeep owner, I'm glad to hear the Bronco is smoother. And, I'm sure the Bronco will drive better.

How was the manual? I test drove a new jeep a year or two ago and hated it. I currently have a 97 manual wrangler. When I pushed in the clutch on the new jeep, it went straight to the floor with almost no resistance. I was curious if the new Bronco was similar.

@McBadlands I enjoyed it and thought it was nice. It felt smooth and easy to figure out where the clutch engaged, not too long not too short. It didn't feel too lose or tight either. My 01 Cabrio definitely goes all the way to the floor easy, but that's on me needing a new cable and a million other things. Honestly I wouldn't even bother getting a bronco without the MT after driving it. I had contemplated switching to OBX with the 2.7 but not anymore!

@MISSJD I would definitely be interested if it was in the 2.7. With the new wrangler, I had no idea where the clutch engaged. I would love a 2 door manual, but I don't think I will be allowed to go that route.

@McBadlands I get that. I'm about to move to DC so honestly the manual seems like a terrible idea. I haven't driven a manual Jeep, but I would be really annoyed if a new car of any kind had that problem. #savethemanuals though! 😂😂
