Pricing....
Many are freaking out about pricing. We did a window of time where individuals would have a discount if they were X-plan. Some of you do, some of you do not and are at MSRP. For my group there is NO ADM being added. If Ford has made something more expensive, or, you change your build to something more expensive that is on the individual. My promises to customers has NOT changed.
Cost changes...
Ford will issue a rebate at the time of purchase for items that have increased costs on for the 21 models pushed to a 22. This will NOT show on your build and price. It will show up when you purchase the Bronco as a rebate from Ford. With this being said KEEP TRACK for yourself. I will not know who gets what. Once the vehicle is being built I can pull rebates and check on it for you all.
Cancels....
If you had enough and want to cancel your order we can now do it in our system. You MUST send me an email requesting your order be cancelled.
Priority....
Current deliveries do and will take priority as that is my actual job. I know for each of us when it is time to take delivery you want it NOW. The other day we had 3 Broncos get delivered overnight, an ordered Ranger, and an ordered super duty. So Friday and Saturday I was incredibly busy.
Changing orders/converting....
Many have emailed me changes to their orders. I have not gone through them yet. I need to be sure the glitch that is duplicating orders when we make changes is corrected in the system 1st. I want everyone to get credits they are due from Ford. Again, this will probably be a painful process to go through all over again but I will be dedicating time to get this done for my group.
21 and 22 reservations....
Those who had an order for a 21 and were pushed to a 22 will have me correcting their order and sending new buyer's orders and Dora's to be signed. When you get them I MUST have then SIGNED, DATED, and RETURNED to me ASAP. Hopefully it will just be some tweaks and changes and not having to fully rebuild an order.
The process....
Those who made a reservation after the 21 cut off (from what I am told) will do their own update from their app, and send it in themselves and 1 of the managers here will respond (within 7 business days) and send a buyer's order and Dora back to be signed and returned. As a side note once this is done PLEASE send me a copy so I can still keep track for you. They keep all orders in a drawer where multiple managers and staff have access and if something gets misplaced I keep a hard copy locked in my file cabinet in my office. I trust my team, I am just VERY anal about having hard copy records on file to refer to, and protect all parties.
Where is my gifts?....
I am still fine tuning the 1k that many of you have heard and asked about. I am trying to get involved in this and understand how this would work with a tiny store like ours. It seems the individual store decide if and how they participate. This is due to the store having to 1st pay up front then submit receipts to Ford and wait on the reimbursement after approval. If 20 people wanted something that would be 20k we would have to spend and we honestly cannot afford that here. I am trying to ask about it being applied toward Ford accessories for customers since we get 30 days to pay those bills. I asked about this since a few customers said they want Ford items for their vehicles. Plus it allows us to utilize more funds for each person instead of just sending a gift which may be nothing you all want/need.
