Curious to see everyone's guesstimate, over/under $60k on Badlands with pricing options:

- 2.7 V6
- Sasquatch
- Lux Package
- Leather Seats
- Hard Top

I would take the under. Sasquatch shouldn’t add much on a badlands. Lux + 2.7 are likely to be around 7500, leather ~1200.

I’m thinking mine is going to be ~57k for the above but no Sasquatch but hardtop instead. Probably going to get every option and hope it’s under 65k with tax. Plan on owning it for 10+ years.

I'm in the same boat. Forgot to add hard top to the list. Holding for 10+ too.

Very curious what the LUX package comes in at. Its craze that its over 10k on the Raptor o_O
We’d be getting the badsquatch, 4dr, 2.7, hard top, lux package as well and being spoiled with my f150 and her grand cherokee, any lower package would be a downgrade. I just still cant believe the lux package is the only package that gets a universal garage door opener. Besides, no point in the soft top if the wife wont be able to lower and raise the dang thing. She can however just remove roof panels on the hard top.

my guess is we’d still be under $60k.

This is why I don't think the FE is "that" bad a deal.. I think a fully optioned Badlands is going to be withing spitting distance.

Badlands 42,095.00 2.3 manual

- 2.7 V6 4500.00
- Sasquatch 2000.00
- Lux Package 4500.00
- Leather Seats 1500.00
- 12" Screen 750.00
- Hard Top 2000.00

So around 57-58 just estimating from what Ford sell performance package and tech package on the currents model. We can expect the pricing to be in the similar range , also Jeep sell the dual top for around 2k . The most trick one is the lux package, it includes mid and High that gives you the most of options. That being said the FE is 59K and includes most of it..
I might be way off.

This looks very practical

Guesses aside, the FE pricing should be a backstop. At 63k for a 4 door you’d think a loaded badlands without the personalized touches, (and most importantly without the crazy resale factor) should tick in just shy of 60k. Plus destination fees and taxes of course.

but from a resale perspective, an FE is very likely a much better purchase than a loaded badlands especially super long term. Who knows, an FE at 63k could be worth 40k in 10 years given the exclusivity, and a 60k loaded Badlands could be worth 20k. Unless I am overestimating how big of a deal this launch is in automotive history for our generation, and this just becomes the new mass market Wrangler with the FE having uncared about special touches.

but that said, if I were anywhere near the mark of an FE price point I would have very little hesitation on splurging for the FE just due to resale. Which is why I’m surprised there are as many Badlands reservations as there are. Unless the FE was simply sold out when you went to reserve. But this also goes back to what I’m hearing regionally in that FEs may be marked up close to 10k. Because based on the above, if speculative resale ends up being so crazy for a first run First Edition remake of the bronco a 10k hit on the front end actually starts to make sense when you consider resale.

I feel like some people are going to be very disappointed when they start pricing. Lux is going to be super expensive, especially coming from the standard package (8k+). I mean you're getting BLIS, 12 in screen, BO Stereo, 360 camera, heated front seats, LED spotlights, pre-collision stuff, remote start, heated steering wheel, co-pilot 360, sync 4...on and on.

I think a lot of people are going to be surprised at how they go from 40 something to 58-60k real quick.

I’m wanting the black diamond with 2.7, Sasquatch, and mid package.
I’m hopeful to stay under 50k.
We will see...
