I got through to customer service and she was going to transfer me to the Bronco Specialty team, and when I asked for the number she said she can't give it out but she can transfer me, and this will close my case....transfer.....ring, ring, click! Needless to say I didn't have much hope but damn. 31 days in production, no answers, no picture or updates, and people are getting builds delivered to my dealer built a week or 2 after mine.
I was able to get a different number and it just sent me back to the 2 hour wait time....SMH ford

Thanks very much. I’m utterly blown away by this process and how little verifiable information can be gotten from dealer and FMC. There literally is no rhyme or reason it appears. The whole process defies explanation.

Just glad it apparently isn’t turning into Dirt Mountain 2.0.

Appreciate the feedback and input.

Mine went south and north between chicago Illinois and Southern Indiana. Back to blue island Illinois and in one day after sitting ther for 3 mine is sitting in Kansas City Kansas now. As soon as mine got on a BNSF train it was in Kansas City in about 12 hours

Ah, the one one way valve air vent so we dont asphyxiate ourselves with car fumes. Good to know that is what it was referenced to. At least they say it is sorted and one has to wonder what was even wrong with it since it is a very simple part.
It just so happened to be out of stock when my Bronco ran down the line or else I'd have mine now 😫

Well I’m confused. Transport by train is actually confusing. My rail car has been sitting in Portsmouth Ohio since 11/16 and will continue to sit until tomorrow. It’s not scheduled to reach its destination of VA til the 21st. Operator said the name of the city was Po or Poe but I can’t find a single city named that. Guess it’ll be mid week next week before there’s a good update if I’m lucky.

To all that are waiting in the dark:

I can only imagine that, for most of us, the same thing is happening with yours that is happening with mine.
PROBLEM -> REPAIRED -> WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO GET OFF THEIR ASS AND SCAN THE VEHICLE SO IT CAN BE BROUGHT IN AND RELEASED.

Problem is, they only do repairs in-between shifts and on the weekends that do not have production.

I apologize but, I can not inundate him win VIN's to run since he does have a job to do.
I have received a TON of PM's asking for him to run their VIN's.
I will ask, it's all I can do.

He will be off again until next week since he needs to use up his vacation that expires (renews) in December

Once again, I apologize, I am in the same boat

EDIT: They ARE running production this Saturday

Yep... BTDT... No Joy... just more asshattery. However, I stated that my ticket needed to remain open and that I wanted a supervisor to call me. That did no good either...

Generally it was, "Thank you for calling Ford, F' you very much for calling, I am transferring you now, click". Once I got a woman who was an absolute gem, but powerless to do anything helpful, her hands were clearly tied. I did appreciate her honesty though. I am sure she'll get canned for attempting to answer questions honestly.

You have not gotten the "Built" email, correct? I got mine back on 11/7 and expected mine to be on the Convoy within a few days. I know there's a transportation shortage but I'm worried there's something else amiss like yours.
