Very much appreciate the offer, I have been tweeting Levine and Ford. They actually reached out to me last Tuesday and assigned a case number. Nothing happened after that, so I called this morning and the customer service rep said my case was still open, escalated, and that the "end date" was updated to Nov-28 on Friday She mentioned the end date reflects when to dealer will receive the Bronco. I don't think that information is accurate.

At least Ford's stocks killing it but pretty close to profit taking.

7/20 blend date. Still nothing. Got the email from Ford saying my hard top would be replaced "by October", and still nothing. I'm beginning to lose hope over here.

7/15 Blend date and still nothing. I can see later blend dates delivered before mine. So much for taking the oldest ones first.

8/13 blend. No updates since 8/16 when Ford said I was heading to dirt mountain. Dealer has no other information. My ETA date still says 9/27. Getting tired of hearing “it’s worth the wait”. Well I’m still waiting so I’ll be the judge of that.

I did have a crazy dream last night that whoever has been working on my bronco said "f*&k it and that the dealer can deal with this piece of sh*t" and then decided to ship it out anyways. I woke up this morning and checked my phone to see that I actually received the email that my 7/20 blend is now built! So... I am not sure how to feel about it this morning. Lol. (Worst, best day ever maybe?) I did just get off the phone with my dealer and they said that he is showing that it is released but it has two notes attached to it that he, nor anyone else at the dealer have seen before and they don't know what they mean. I pressed him for what it says but he would not divulge the information to me. He did say that it is not scheduled for transport yet in the system and hopefully I will see something soon about it being shipped.

Dealership had my PDI done before they even texted me at 10am going tonight at 4:30 to pick it up!

I called customer service to find out what is going on. The customer service rep said he couldn't find out. He doesn't have a way to track it that is different from what I have on the web. He said to contact the dealership. Ive been in steady contact with the dealer and he does have any idea what it going on.
