You guys are getting wrong what a first edition is. I know others have tried to explain it without success. Go look up Mercedes edition 1. They’re ALWAYS grey. All of them. And depending on which model, they typically have black interior with bright ass yellow accents that match the bright ass yellow accents on the exterior. Every one of them is the same. Does everyone want bright yellow accents on their $100k car. No! But it sets it apart!!!!! The Higher price is due to 1) all options piled in and 2) first year pkg in limited numbers.
So quit your bitchin lol. Quit trying to make the FE fit what u want it to be rather than seeing it for what it is.

Holy sh!t where’s the Tylenol ?

I respect your opinion, but First Editions have to be different. Navy Blue not only the gives homage to the Ford logo, but it is one of the most easily matched colors for the same reason that most men's dress suits are navy blue.
I own a few suits that are navy, but that sure doesn't mean I want to look at navy interior every day when driving a $60K bronco. I get the Ford blue logo but it should have nothing to do with a unpopular blue interior. As far as FE's being different I totally agree. But how about giving us the advertised interior that was all over the website when we ordered. Instead ford disclosed to us later that was just a one off interior that we couldn't get,. Really not cool, advertise a beautiful interior the day of launch and then tell your buyers it's not available. Then they advertise a limited 3500 First Edition and then changes it to 7000. If ford can double production on a FE buyer, then at the very least should be able to give that same FE buyers a few interior color choices. A small price to pay for doubling production on us.
Pics below from Ford website of the interior none of us are getting, because it isn't a option or even upgrade. Ford should step up and do the right thing, give us interior choices.

I guess the same company with morals and values that advertise a limited 3500 First Edition and then change it to 7000.

This forum is used for asking and complaining. Let me whine about this because it sucks LOL.

You are right though. Just hate that you are right LOL. Maybe Ford should rethink this in the future because most people do not like it. Their profit margin could be that much more.

Hopefully Ford listens a little closer than it did with the Mansquatch debacle.

Black and saddle marine grade vinyl interior for my Badlands please. And not packaged with the lux. Let me have it with the High please.
And yeah, sorry to jump in: no FE here but I heard Ford was listening. I was listening when I heard that I “need a Bronco”...
Well, I need a Saddle and Black interior, with browns and blacks everywhere.
Tastefully executed, of course.
Love what you’ve done with the Bronco otherwise. Thank you!

Update: also looking for a real green or old school brown for the exterior. Thanks!

Really this would be fine if Ford would offer one middle-of-the-road FE interior color scheme that complements its one exterior color. That's what Toyota did with its annual Trail Teams offering, and while each year was a very different exterior color, the interior never clashed with the exterior. Ford's not doing that with the FE. One interior, three exterior, and the colors are not all complementary. If they are going to charge more for a very limited edition, they need to include widely sought special interior touches, like the cool leather trim in the one-off orange prototype. Make it seem worth the extra money, like a reward for the true believer. Don't force a non-conformist choice down people's throats.
This is why I don't think it's accurate or we're missing something. Per general color theory, you can see that navy pier won't work with all the colors available.

It’s hard to say if most people like it or not. People by nature love to voice their complaints but rarely speak up to provide positive remarks for things they like or are content about.

An internet poll can give some insight but a sample size of only ~150 from a single website (where mob mentality can develop for certain topics) is not enough. To accurately extrapolate against the entire target market for the Bronco, which is likely in the hundreds of thousands or even millions, you’d need several thousands of responses to polls posted in several different mediums to have an accurate data set to extrapolate off of.

It is not uncommon when the voice of the minority is louder than the silence of the majority.

See response on Twitter. However, take note they're "listening" and its safe to assume we have some Ford lurkers on hand here so please share your thoughts ....

Navy Pier Interior in First Edition Bronco:

Don't get me wrong, It looks really nice for certain color combinations but for the darker colors that may be a little but of a clash. Awesome that Ford is listening because my last post I'm all in for the Saddle Black combo or something like that combo. With as awesome as this bronco is, there's something about just a regular black leather interior that doesn't do it justice. Also interested if they're going to have different colors on the vinyl besides that white one, I got a feeling we'll be pleasantly surprised... I hope because I plan on dropping some dough and I want to make sure we get what we want.

You are right sir. This is true regarding not all people speaking up for this reason. Among most platforms it seems that most do not like it but you are correct that we cannot say for certain.

But if we are going that route should each interior color option not be considered after mention from the consumer? After all these are for the consumer to ride in not Ford. If there are multiple customers speaking up about your product what would you do in order to please them? If it were me in any scenario we would make it happen for the customer. Especially after showing off what it could be with that saddle brown leather.

If nothing else these FE threads are entertaining reads. Is it immoral for Ford to offer 7000 instead of 3500 FEs? Thread seems to have jumped the shark.
Sorry didn't mean to jump the shark on you. Just trying to get a point across. If Ford can make a huge decision as to double a limited run production which will affect the FE buyers, then they can surely make a small decision to add a few more interior color choices for those same FE buyer.. And to be perfectly clear, I'm all alright with the double production just give us are interior color choices. A very fair trade off in my opinion.

For Bronco and Bronco Sport First Edition - If we pick Cyber Orange for instance, how can it be that Ebony/Active Orange interior will not be available as an interior option? Perfect fit. Premium spend should equate to getting some customization within reason. A couple interior options that at least match with exterior and the ability to pick a rim, or roof color, etc.. The First Editions are already distinguishable, let us customize a little at these prices.
