I'm noticing a trend here, about 90% of builds (If my memory serves correct) coming off DM are be shipped by rail. Maybe they're trying to get those out first as those delivery times are closer to a month where as us other folks are only a few hours away from MAP.

EDIT: 90% of people live further than a few hours away from MAP. Haven't had my coffee yet....

I’m a convoy transport and my tracker updated last night to say it was delivered to my dealer in Nashville… same day it shipped.

My dealership is 20 miles from MAP. My bronco was finished over 2 weeks ago and still says waiting to ship.

So, I have changed my status back to "In Production". When the tracking info did not change today, I called Ford back. The CXS today said that he sees "Produced" but also "Pending Disposition". These terms are not the same as the online tracking, but if anyone has any insight into what the latter status means, that would be appreciated.

They're going to throw it away and start over. Really, I would think this means it is still awaiting the top being removed and replaced.

The optimistic view would be this is final inspection. The pessimistic view is I am getting a Defender.

I’m honestly happy for all of those that got released from July and August. But at the same time, what the actual fuck?

I am thinking FIFO is impossible if they blocked our early units with the later ones making them hard to retrieve. This is my only reasoning for us having to wait 100 + days after build date for a vehicle we reserved almost 2 years ago.

I wonder how many they have left to replace by 10/1 to keep their promise of “this month” to those built 7/2 and before?

I think FIFO was/is more of a goal than a process... Too many factors to consider, so we might be trending at times to a FIFO, but have some anomalies that throw it completely off. I was by the dealer yesterday to see how their "Bronco Sales Building" was coming along and talked to a couple of the Bronco "specialists" and both told me that they have seen a rush of increased shipments over the last 2 weeks. Instead of 4-6 Bronco's in transit to them at a time, it's running 13 to 15 right now. They didn't know what Dirt Mountain meant, but they actually knew it as the "storage yard". They had a call last week and were told that 50+ units a day were coming off the yard. This dealer is #2 in total reservations nationally behind Granger...

I'm starting to think the more local stuff is taking longer to ship out. I've only been built for a few days, but someone else here has been waiting two weeks as well to a MI dealer. I'm 45 min from MAP...what's your delivery ETA?

I don't see how any units were "blocked" from how they were parked at DM.
From what I could see from the road all rows had easy access to pull out vehicles without the need to move another vehicle.
