The trouble is, and he acknowledges it, that he didn't get anything in writing. He has no pull over the dealer and merely relies on the dealer's kindness. Yeah, threatening to rip them publicly MIGHT mean something....but don't count on it. Finding a compromise would be best....

Agree but we don’t know the details. If there was even an oral agreement at MSRP, that could hold up.

To my fellow 7/19 folks. This is my last post on the forum. Went to my dealer today (unannounced since they would not call me back) to finalize the buy and was told the dealer is now looking at adding an ADM. They are thinking in the 5K range but would not commit to even that - want to see what the market price is when it actually arrives - that was too ominous for me. Basically they just took the purchase price into the mid-50s when dealing with the additional taxes that come with it so I have been priced out. Dealer assured me earlier that would honor MSRP - but I messed up when I did not close the loop and get it in writing so I have my self to blame somewhat. While I was looking forward to the Bronco - this really was the last straw in what has been a total cluster of a new vehicle release. What started out as an exciting adventure has had the positive life sucked right out of it. I have never bought a Ford before this and will not look at Fords again. I will direct my dollars elsewhere.

Ill just keep doing what I do everyday. Check my emails first thing in the am for my Built email then build my Bronco on Build and Price, stare at it and pretend I am driving it. . .

FWIW, mine had pretty significant damage on the back. Looks like it came off the assembly line with it. I'm working with the dealer to get scheduled for a trip to the body shop to get it all fixed.

It actually looks like the swing gate was bent before it was painted. I'm surprised mine wasn't sent to Dirt Mountain after the QC. With all the excellent communication, I would be in the same boat as you...
