[POLL] Bad Batch Soft Tops or QC Purgatory???

4Dr OBX, soft top, 2.7L (No Sas or tow). Built 7/19 - tracker remains In Production and no emails from Ford. Dealer tells me it was produced and released but I have no idea what the status really is.

Seems there are more than a few Soft-top orders that are not moving. What's your status?
Please comment with your build details. Trim; Engine; SAS or Not; Mid, High, Lux Pkg; and accessories (ie. tow pkg) If you have a window sticker, please post your blend date, production date, etc. Thanks!

My blend date was 8/10 - modules dropped a few days later and modem was activated a few days after that - still showing in production. Spoke to dealer monday he has no further update (same info I have). It is a 2.7 outer banks non-sas soft top with tow pkg and lux pkg (and floor mats which clearly is the hold up)

Can you let me know where you find out the (1) blend date, and (2) details such as "modem was activated" ?

Blend date 8/13, modules built 8/16 and status is still in production and did not received in production email or built/shipped email, and PALSAPP is still pending for shipping. has anyone gotten there's shipped while palsapp still says pending?

Login to Ford.com, under My Account, go to Vehicle Dashboard. You should see your VIN displayed (and possibly a picture of the vehicle). Scroll down to the Wifi Hotspot Square.

This is the thread I've been waiting for. Here's a suggestion. Ask posters for the data in a specific format. Then tabulate it once/day, sort it descending by blend date aging, and update the table in your original post.

If it sounds like a pia, I'll do it in a new thread. But you have it rolling.

Blend date is listed at the top center-left of your window sticker. It's displayed as 3YYYYMMDD (mine is 320210805 or Aug 5th) and there is a 4 digit number directly to the right that is your rotation number (only goes to 9999 and then resets). On the top right, just left of a small QR code is your actual build/total builds for that day. Mine is 759/894.
