Thanks for the update!
Maybe it's too early, but I can't figure out the good part of the good news.

Phew, we thought they’d gotten to you. Still, be wary of unmarked Ford Transit Vans. Can never be too careful!

Hey guys, I'm alive and well. I taught our band camp last week, 14 hours a day Mon-Fri. I was quite busy.

A blacked out Transit didn't abduct me in the middle of the night or anything.

Things are not great. Commodity issues far beyond the MIC tops have exploded, the chip shortage has finally reached the Bronco supply chain, and nobody really has any good answers at this point. As bad as the issues have been up to this point, this is worse.

Things are so fluid and changing so quickly, by the time I get scraps of new info it's quite likely outdated. If there's one little glimmer of good news, it may just be that the planned volume and availability of the dealer stock 4 door soft top units is quickly trending downward. After all, you can't build the "less desirable" units if you can't build anything at all.

Edit to add: My inbox is crammed with a metric ton of unread messages. If you're waiting on a reply, I'll try to get thru those in the next few days.
I'm sure you're going to be super busy answering questions today after all of the delay emails that went out this weekend. I really hope Ford is paying you for this at some level! We sure appreciate you!!!!

Good to see you alive and well :). Any updates on the Broncos still sitting at MAP since June? Are they waiting on chips?

They're back to building more Rangers than Broncos as of this morning, so less impact to assembly staff than it could have been.
RANGERS!!!!!

@PREMiERdrum - If we have build waiting on the MAP lot for a roof but have chips, there's no reason to think that Ford will start using them as a pick and pull for new builds, is there? Steal a part from an already waiting build to kick out a freshly made one. God I hope not!

good thing it wasn't a sprinter. that would have been really bad.

i find it funny how a lot of people are very easily and quick to blame ford for these issues when it's happening across all auto makers.

Thanks for the timely update Ross. I was excited, but I also dreaded opening this thread. But, I'm glad I did. :)

Any idea when Ford's next "StAy PuMpEd" email is or more seriously when an email on MY21 vs 22 will be sent?

(I know I'm prob 22 but want it in stone)

Thanks for the update! Has there been some kind of gag order in place? I don't understand why it's so difficult for them to put out a mass email and let people know the deal. A tiny scrap of official communication would go a long way right now. Why all the radio silence?

Happy Monday, @PREMiERdrum!

I have an 8/05 blend date, with a 54xx rotation number. My BCE modules populated on 8/05, and my production date officially became 8/05, but my status is still “in production.”

I saw someone else with the same blend date, but a slightly later rotation number (55xx). They received their “built” email yesterday.

Does this mean my Bronco is headed to purgatory? Or do they not necessarily ship in the same order they were built? Mine is a 4-door soft-top.

Seeing Ross post for the first time in days be like...

You have been missed Ross, What does this mean for built units stuck at MAP? Are they waiting for chips after all?
This morning I read a Facebook post by a MAP employee who stated that most of those units that are sitting are "waiting on something". So that could be a chip, new MIC top, modular bumper etc etc. They didn't give out any details. Also, as anything you get from the internet, take that with a grain of salt.
