Ford is not experiencing anything much different than other car manufacturers, RV manufactures, motorcycle/OHV manufacturers, boat manufactures….and the list goes on and on…..

Do you see the empty lots at ALL NEW CAR DEALERS? Why do you think the used car, boat, rv, motorcycle/ohv prices are so high?

This is not a Ford problem, this is a global problem!
How dare you talk sense here!!! The sky is falling!!! The sky is falling!!!! 🤪🤪

Don’t complain about folks whining, when you’re trolling. Seems to be a pattern with you buddy. Cheers!
No for real! no trolling this time.

I knew from the beginning that it will be a while to get the Bronco as I reserved last December and I come here everyday to check what others has done already with their Broncos and the past weeks is been two or three post on the main page complaining how Ford let them down, that their going to buy other vehicle, bla bla bla, etc.

This is suppose to be a fun forum to share our interest about the Bronco but it's becoming in a large support group for those that still doesn't have the Bronco when everybody knows there is a global supply chain crisis that is affecting somehow everybody, but still, Ford is the one to blame.

Dude, if you want to drop your reservation and buy other vehicle. I really don't care at all! Buy it and don't come back to the forum just to let us know that you bought something else. What is the point on that? Ford is going to read your post and built the unit faster for you? Don't you think that there are trying everything in their power to built those unit as fast as they can without compromising the quality and the safety of everybody involved?

I mean, be patient that soon or later y'all going to receive your Bronco and going to forget that you had to wait all this time in Covid time.

I'm hoping the slump in near term sales doesn't have an effect on whatever timeline they're running to create and release new hardware features for this beast. In my mind, the worst case scenario is nothin' much changes design-wise (that would be interesting to us consumers) for several model years as supply and production finally get sorted. That, and most of us get our stuff later than we'd hoped. He-he

I'm thinking that it's going to be a hit still, generally, though all of us reservation holders are going to remember the good old bad days when you couldn't roll up to a lot and buy one.

They (Ford) could mitigate all the customer guessing, rumors, and machinations by simply stating what the issue is with not delivering Broncos, and what their plan is.
Admitting to a problem could possibly box them in for possible lawsuits from disgruntled buyers.

Or there are multiple issues (like me with my splash guards and possibly my MIC top) that a blanket statement wouldn't work.

well said, and true.

so let me put it this way…..
This appears to be the biggest site where people are complaining. Yes, there are some videos too; however, for Ford to make a comment about the situation would make their problems be seen to a much much much larger audience (press releases…news worthy). Why would it be in their interest to say anything from a PR perspective? To do so would have much greater consequences. Keep in mind, most of the public thinks the Bronco Sport IS the Big Bronco.

Ford will never ever admit fault. They don’t have to. PR disaster if they do. Shareholders would be pissed if they did. And again, I don’t see it being much different than every other company out there right now.

Currently, the Bronco is the hottest thing out there in the automotive world, and the most “successful” (based on orders) launch in a long time. Ford is getting nothing but cheers from the press and consumers alike. Yet, many on this site want an apology/more information. Think about it, what does Ford have to gain by doing that?

I obviously have no idea what Ford will decide to do in the end. I said that simply because Big Bend is the least ordered trim and Ford (and every other vehicle manufacturer for that matter) have been known to cut options/choices that are unpopular, cost too much money to produce, or don’t have a high enough profit margin.

Ford is always adjusting pricing/trims/packages to get the maximum number of sales and profit. There have been several times in the past where Ford has released a package or option that they think will be super popular, but turns out to be a dud. The SuperDuty Tremor package, for example… everyone my dad (retired Ford employee) used to work with said they expected it to be a very popular package. But turns out it wasn’t so they removed it from the lineup this past year.

As someone who greatly prefers to drive a manual transmission, I can understand where you’re coming from. Much like what you said regarding V6 and V8 engines…. without manual transmissions we wouldn’t have automatic transmissions. Yet out of the 15+ vehicles Ford sells, Ford only offers two of them with a manual transmission as an option.

Heck—not everyone needs an SUV or Truck… some people just need a small car to get back and forth to work. Yet this past year Ford canceled all of their cars and the only one left remaining is a sports car.
Say what? Im about to order a MY22 Super Duty Tremor and its definitely listed in the order guide.

Worst case. Pineapple plants contract a zeta covid disease killing off the world's population of pineapple, and pineapple pizza can never be made again.

It’s no longer available in the lower-end trims. You have to get the upper-end trim levels (I think it’s King Ranch and up?). Previously it was also available in the lower trims such as XLT.
