Well if it’s any consolation I think my 7/23 build is hanging out literally on the actual production floor. Half built!

I hole u guys get your rigs soon!
haha this is what I have thought about mine. Have mods but nothing else, build 7/23. Just by itself on the floor.

Here's what needs to happen. If anyone has a delivery date WITHOUT a build date, they need to report if they got the email. The new date with the arrow below is the expected date to release it from the plant. When it gets released, the release date will show under the "built" category (bass ackwards, i know). So if anyone has an earlier date under theirs, they should get the email that same day or super early next morning (2 AM).

Again, the date under "in production" is when it's actually built. This will not change. When it's released (meaning okay to ship) from the plant, that date will be under the "built" section. The "Delivery" date is the ETA for it to get released (IE when you get the email). Don't get those twisted. Already confirmed this is accurate based on a VIN that is on its way to the dealership.

This is a pretty big conflict with what's been reported the last two days with many getting theirs delivered prior to Est date and with no build date. It would also mean most stuck in production would be there for another 2+ weeks while a large amount of last weeks production shipped within a couple days. It doesn't add up and if it does there's going to be some really pissed people..

So that means yours isnt scheduled to be released yet. Yours is probably still at the plant for some reason.
So when it gets released, then count about 2-4 weeks for shipment. but if you're scheduled to be released, that's a very good thing. That means nothing else is holding it at the plant except a delivery driver.
This jives with the call I got from my dealer saying they expect it at the end of August or beginning of September.

@PREMiERdrum @Dr.Detroit

Anymore insider info? We looking at an extended QC for currently built units with MIC? Shortage of drivers?
Unfortunately it is not just MIC tops. I have a soft top, no towing nor any other part that I have heard mentioned as possibly being a hold up. My truck was built 7/19 and there have been plenty of people taking deliveries with similar builds. This reflects the one main issue I have had through some of this - the lack of communication from Ford. I respect and appreciate the multiple people on this forum who seem to have some inside info and communicate it very well, but info on these hold ups really needs to come from Ford.

Different dealers do different PDIs. Some do it right, others pull plastic and just throw it on the lot. We have a list of items to check, take it out of shipping mode, test drive, wash and remove any overspray/buff if needed. This is also prime time to find any defects that weren’t caught when the transport dropped off. Some damage is caught and has to be noted on bill of lading, some isn’t visible until it’s clean. Ford pays us a wopping .9 to do something that realistically takes 2-3 to do it right. Take into account other sold vehicles going through the service or prep department and you can easily burn a half day. We’ve had really no inventory coming in and yesterday arrived to see 5 new, sold fleet units that needed to go. There’s approximately 10 hours of PDI and clean. Be patient, let them do what Ford is paying to have done. It might save a service visit down the road catching something now rather than later. YMMV

Does that date match the “Estimated Dealer Delivery” on your Ford tracker under your VIN?
I don't have an estimated delivery date. I'm still in production and have been since 7/20.

is there a chance that this date is also a "generous" ETA and that the truck could be released for delivery sooner?

Mine would be going on a month of sitting there from the 7/13 blend to my 8/12 Dealer ETA as of right now.
