I told my guy over there, no test drives and no front license plate bracket. I work in the Heights and live in Spring Branch, I’m sure we will cross paths.

I'll chime in...

My name is Drew, but this is my g/f's (Mia) vehicle. I pushed her into the Bronco. We ordered from Matt Bowers Ford in New Orleans. Originally I ordered from McCree Ford, but when I was asking them about pricing they weren't budging from MSRP, while Matt Bowers offered $1000 under invoice and lifetime powertrain warranty.

Reservation was 7/13/2020 @ 9:57PM per my email confirmation, despite the email saying "7/14" reservation.

It's a 2 Door Velocity Blue Badlands w/ 2.7L, Lux Package, Sasquatch, Towing.

Still no build date provided... can't come soon enough.

Never owned a Bronco or anything growing up. Only a friends dad had one. Been into off-roading though, my dad had a YJ growing up. I got a XJ (avatar) that I got 15 years ago. Still have it. 33's, lockers, etc. I've done the Rubicon Trail, Johnson Valley Hammers, Fordyce Creek... basically every tough trail in CA I've done. At this point the Jeep is just used for hauling bigger stuff around and towing our boat. It has no A/C... It has a hard time starting... I can't wait to replace it with the Bronco.

Our train left 7/13 and got to houston 7/24 Delivery says 8/14 so they are defiantly padded. Unless it takes half month to get from pearland to tomball

That sucks. When was your order date? I still don’t have a vin for mine and I ordered 2/5.

My tracker updated to estimated delivery of 7/22 last night, so still bugged out but at least something different for once.

Order: 2/1
Build: 7/1
Ship: 7/13
Delivery: FINGERS CROSSED MAYBE TODAY! or Tomorrow.

And not sure how we made it because we checked all the boxes for things that seem to be holding others up.

Maybe yours is at the dealership and they just don't want to tell you and they are using it as a demo? Ok that was mean. Im sorry.

But maybe it is also sitting with ours right now and they just need to get them to the dealerships. I am hoping that is what it is for you.

That would be real cool, seems like the dealer would have had some shipping info though if that were the case. If is there then my assistant will have the store the rest of the day when I get that call!

Howdy Mark, I see that your Bronco has been produced but also see an eta that is probably wrong. It says eta of July 31 thru August 6th. I feel like it might take closer to a month to get here. At least, that’s what the others that came in took. I hope I'm wrong and hope to see your by the 6th of August.

I need to rant.

This is what pissed me off a ton when I ordered my C8. I was once again another early reservation. People after me were getting their vehicles 3-6 months prior to me (I know people that waited longer too). I thought Ford was doing this right with their reservation system when they said it wasn't based on dealer, it was based on reservation #. Sadly that doesn't appear to be 100% true.

I 100% understand and agree if you have too many constraint items, they should build ones with less constraint before hand. They shouldn't run out of items for those with the more constraint items because they are building the ones without either though.

I just wish Ford handled this better. I will say they've handled it far better than Chevy did. I had zero communication for over a year after they had my money. Not a single email from Chevy the whole time. My dealer was garbage (Mak Haik) and I would have to email/call all the time, and even then he never had useful information. I eventually found a number at Chevy I could reach out to and they would give me status updates.

End rant.

Really though, I am happy for you and everyone that got their bronco or are getting their bronco soon! I can't wait to see one driving around Houston. I've only seen one so far total when I went to San Antonio one of the dealers had one there.

Waiting to reserve on the morning of 7/14 and ordering a hard top is biting me in the butt because I'm still waiting on a build date. Other than a 69' Ranchero (Grandpa's old car), a bronco has always been on my wish list. Hopefully I get it before the end of the year but at this point I'm not holding my breathe. The wait is giving me time to pay off the wife's car so we'll only have one car payment. Good luck to everyone else still waiting.

Have you seen or driven a new Bronco yet?? I assure you it's worth the wait!
