Stuck in the "In Production" Phase Thread

Mines been built as of 7/2 and is at Ground Effects as of 7/11.

I have the Towing/Clear Bra/Roof Rack as options on my car.

Not sure why it take so long to put that stuff on. I can see maybe a week for the whole process

How do you find out about being at Ground Effects? I have tow package and mine was showing built on dealers end on 7/1. However, Ford tracker never updated and still shows in production.

I had a friend who works for Ford track it Monday and said that was the last status...it was at Ground Effects on 7/11

My blend date is 06/29, Special Order date is 06/21 and the date on the bottom of my window sticker is 07/05. VIN comes up on Jack Cooper with a Freight Number, but no delivery date. Window sticker = Rail.

STILL stuck in the 'In Production' phase (since week of 06/21) with no other updates from Ford rep or dealership.

What does this all mean?!

Wouldn't the tow package be added during the production of the rest of the vehicle? I could understand PPF or a Graphics package being put on after but wouldn't think the tow hitch would.

I second this question! Been in production since the 6-22

For those that are stuck "In Production" for a prolonged time, how many have add on accessories? Like Tow Package, paint protection etc? Items that may be installed after the completed vehicle rolls off the assembly line

yep, me. 6/23 production, still no built or shipment update.
I think my accessory mistake was the door key pad. It’s the only accessory added for me.

In Production on 6/18, still sitting at “InProduction.” Ridiculous. My gut is telling me there is some sort of recall/issue. No way this is logistical.

Do you mind checking your window sticker for hidden text like @Sherminiator referenced a few posts above.

Trying to prove a theory that the clear bra is what's sending his rig to a third party shop and not the Tow or Roof Rack.

I only have the tow, so I’m guessing that is not done at Ground Effects since it didn’t show up on my window sticker.

Thanks for the response gents, so at least with the Roof Racks its FoMoCo's new accessory shop that does the install right next door to the line and not this "Ground Effects" 28min down the road.

@Sherminiator , hopefully this solves what's up with you rig. I hope they load your Bronco on transit vs. The 52mi round trip to that 3rd party shop....
