Something is wrong. I have a VIN which was saved in my Ford account, and my Bronco info page had a nickname I created for the Bronco. Now, I have to input my VIN, and when I do, it just says “2021 Ford Bronco” instead of the nickname, with zero info about my specific Bronco.

My reservation is no longer showing in my account. I called Ford and they still see it on their end but said my reservation is for a 2021 and if I am waiting for a 2022 I will have to make a new reservation when the 2022 B&P opens up. Interesting.

So, they did a mass update to customers accounts dealing with the communication they were planning on sending. The mass update broke things and now they aren't sending out the communication until they fix the update they pushed through.

Not only do I not have a VIN, now I have no access to my other Fords, Ford Points, and Account Mgmt. Oh and Ford Pass is offline also. I think the train has finally fallen off the tracks.

May 27th I got my VIN and build week of July 26th. Zero emails since though, that's why I decided to call today.
