I ordered a Wildtrak from the local dealer. Was contacted promptly yesterday(within 10 minutes) and they had no idea what was going on. Still have the voicemail but it's like he thought he got an inquiry on it. "We received your inquiry into the new Bronco. Not much we can do with those yet, I think you have to go online and I think its $10000 to reserve a spot to build and order one, we don't have access to build one yet"

I live in a small area in Northern Michigan. I'd be willing to drive as far as Iowa to pick one up and trailer it home. But, honestly, I'm a little disgruntled at the long release date. I was really hoping for somewhere between October and December, I'll be ready for a new vehicle. If I'm contacted to go in and order it, and they try to F with me on dealer markup or something that I'm seeing others report back. I'll walk out, go down the road and buy a new Sierra, come back and shove it in their face.

+1 on the reservation allocation - just because the site picked the dealer for me does not mean I will use them. Ford matched me with a sub par dealer in LA and I called them to get some info. The first person said he would call me back the next day and never did. I did a follow up with another sales man and he was shady, played the 'I don't know" and deflected some of my questions. I asked for the Manager and got real answers.

I called a couple dealers asking about pricing. I suggest everyone does the same.

They were all pretty much on par " If you have a reservation no ADM or mark-up, x-plan pricing accepted.

Really shocked because all the Socal dealers put a premium on the new Rubicons when they launched.

My recommendation is get a reservation and call around about pricing.

We'll see how everything turns out when I submit my order.
Might be helpful to confirm that in an email from them as well.

I spoke with Granger Motors this morning where my second reservation is. They confirmed $1000 under invoice on Bronco pre-orders without any plans. I wonder if Ill be able to use my XPlan on top of it somehow..

Ditto, just joined. A excellent $25 investment.
I hadn't thought of that. Its a no brainer since I have the R too. I'll head over and sign up. Thanks for the tip.

You sure can switch dealers. I'm not sure where you are located but a dealer near me is offering $1000 off invoice pricing o. All trims. https://www.grangerford.com/new-ford-bronco.html

Its probably worth your while to give them a call. Ford is going to let dealers set pricing just like on the MACHE
A fellow Iowan I see! I saw the same thing. Usually I go to Dewey, but i'm thinking the trip to granger might be worth it.

PavementQueen-

If you are Northern Michigan, just find a Detroit area Ford dealer. Most of them will be doing A/X/Z-Plan volume sales. If you need a recommendation, let me know. I don't work for a dealership, but I work at a financial institution and used to interact with dealerships all day long.

What about dealer fees?
Verbatim from Ford on ordering- looks like we have plenty of time to iron all this out.

“Reservations open on July 13. The selected dealer will reach out to customers to complete the configuration and place the order, expected to be July for Bronco Sport and December for Bronco.“
