MAP Rumored to Add a Third Production Shift in Q4

40 MIC a day is ridiculous. No way that can be right. For any mass production vehicles that isn't enough to meet demand. And how can the manufacturer stay in business, cover over head and pay it's employees only making 40 a day. That can't be right.

As of 2 weeks ago that was all they were able to produce. Obviously as time goes by they will ramp up. But Keep in mind between Michigan being 2nd worst covid numbers in the country and the average Supplier employee wanting to stay home collecting the govt money instead of actually working, finding workers is Webasto's current biggest problem.

Your right, they were actually paying more. In CA it was almost $27/hr to sit at home or just under $55k. That's $1050 per week. It's recently dropped to $19/hr (750/week) to sit at home. So do I go to work for $21/hr or Netflix and chill for $19/hr

..How many people work at this plant..like 10..?..Is that for 1 eight hour shift or 16 hours worth of tops...I hope they are doing more than 30 tops in 2 eight hour sifts...

Lots of information and much of it is misinformation. Who the hell knows the absolute truth regarding parts/commodities/Labor shortage. There is probably a small room that only a couple of people know about that is operated by a team of quants that plug in all of their inputs and it spits out a build or no build recipe with all of the how's and why's.
