Was hoping to be one of the first in line but took hours with the site crashes to finally place an order. Hopeful the process is smoother from here on out. How does Ford not prepare for this? 2 hrs 44 mins but it is done. Yes the site had issues, but everyone (me too) refreshing 1000 times and using multiple devices contributes to poor site performance.
25 mins later and still no comfirmation email, but did get an email from dealer and the charge hit my credit card.
On a whim I went to reserve a 2nd one, since I can cancel for a refund. Site says you can only reserve 2 vehicles online and I've already reserved 2. Interesting.
