Ha ha very funny. Love my Bronco Sport Badlands such a fun vehicle. But then I'm averaging almost 27 mpg after 4200 miles and much of that is off-road. Ford really did a great job on the Sport! I have a 'big' Bronco Badlands on order too but the BS Badlands is a blast! This could be from a (gulp!) Sport. Ewwwwww!
What I have read is that it will run on 87 but if you put super (only 91 here in Kalifornia) the engine will respond to a degree. I'm very interested in a factory tune but only if it is 30 + HP not 5-10 then its nothing. I will put 91 in it anyway. 20 cents a gallon X 16 gallons= $3.20 more a tankful who cares I just spend 45k on what I hope will be my dream SUVMy Sti is only getting 19 - 20 mpg of 93 octane. Both the Bronco and STi are much more efficient then my Chevy 2500 6.0 at 11 - 12 mpg.
Does the 2.7 recommend premium fuel for best performance?
It was a Badlands on 33’sSquatched?

Ford guy said it was running 75 mph on hey- they drove 4 hours to get there.Based on trip time that's averaging ~30mph. I'd imagine a lot of highway use mixed with a lot of idling.

No 4 door Bandlandsewwie ewwwie gross gross
Look up the fuel economy of the ranger tremor, then compare the two models and realize a BL or squatch with a 2.7 will almost certainly be worse.18? Ok but..... Highway would be better for sure.
Like others already said, you don't know how it was driven, idled, etc, but one thing for sure if I was the Ford test driver I would be driving it like IT WAS STOLEN!! Betting 20-24 highway, 12-18 city.
No interest in free money and greater range between filling-up?Am I the only one who doesn't give a crap what the mileage is?
Of course that might be because I drive an '05 2500 Suburban 4x4 with full tow, 4.10 gears and an 8.1L that makes a slurping sound as it goes down the road!
