Winch, POD Lights, other upgrades

I may have missed this already in a thread, but my dealer tell me various things available on the Build and Price tool (e.g. the winch, pod lights) are not available until after they arrive at the dealer and get put on later. Is that other folks' experience? Is it true you cannot have a winch on when you take delivery of the vehicle? Thanks!

Yep, about 100 of them over the past few months. I know this may be hard to hear, but your dealer is correct.
