It says In store Order
Great!
That means your order has been submitted to the order bank.

Your build sheet was probably generated before they hit submit (either because of timing or they wanted your approval).

Your dealer should certainly be providing you with whatever you’d like to assuage your fears... but it sounds like you’re okay.

Not everyone is receiving the order confirmation email. Lots of theory why, but whatever the reason, it’s a known thing...

The fact that your Ford profile states it’s an order is great. If it still said “reservation” that’s when we’d be concerned.

To add on - if you’re hoping for a 21MY confirm with your dealer that your order priority code is NOT = 99. This will also be at the top of the DORA.

Yeah, I just looked at my form and it has priority code 19 listed.

Have anyone ordered from Ray Skillman Ford?
I ordered over a month ago. I still haven’t received a order confirmation, my build sheet states “This order has not been submitted to the order bank.”
But I’ve reached out to the dealer several times and they say the order has been submitted. But I have no proof of it. My Ford says contact dealership. Has anyone seen this before?
When the dealer submits your order you should receive a confirmation email from Ford.

If none of the above information helps, when you visit the dealer, in-person, tell them your telling all your NHRA drag racing buddies what poor service you are receiving. They don't need that kind of bad publicity in light of all the money they spend sponsoring drag racing.

I just sent a pdf of my B&P to my dealer with the authorization to turn it into an order, which they did in January. Then I got a confirmation page from him back and a bit later also an e-mail from Ford.
I have not signed anything so far, have never even set foot into the dealership, which is fine by me. On Ford it shows up as order (even though with the wrong color on the photo they show on top, but the correct color in the order).

If you got all that back from your dealer and Ford you're fine. You can also see your order on the Ford website, was a bit wonky this morning for me but eventually worked.

As far as I understand I won't set foot into the dealership until my rig is delivered, then I'll test drive and inspect it and then it goes to signing and handing over $. And then home, open roof and drive up Mt Diablo!

Did you not negotiate a price already or are you paying whatever they ask?

my dealer agreed to honor x plan up unto a certain date of order, so what ever xplan is is what I'll pay. Very happy that they did that, I hate haggling and dealing with sales people in general.

Call them and ask to talk to the General Manager and ask for the DORA sheet of your build.
Better yet, at this point do not call or email again. Go in directly and speak with the general manager in person. Whatever you learn from him/her, good, bad or indifferent, document it in detail and send them an email and cc to ford customer service. You need a paper trail at this point for back up. Sometimes folks get busy, but if you have made several non-returned calls, the dealership is either incompetent or shady. My bronco will cost approximately twice what my father paid for his house albeit many years ago. Nonetheless something as expensive as a new car demands service-at least a call back to resolve a significant question. I had an issue with my CTS-V a while back and was getting less than stellar service from the dealer. I told him I was getting better responsiveness from the shop that services my vacuum cleaner, to his face. He became attentive to issues and proactive at his job. I guess he was not used to having a splash of cold, hard feedback. Make sure you get Ford corporate involved soon if this is not resolved by the dealership.

X-Plan is a Ford program for partner and supplier companies. Officially, Ford is not honoring X-Plan pricing for the 2021 Bronco although some dealers are. You need to see if your dealer will require you to show proof you are X-Plan eligible or if they are simply honoring the price, this will avoid surprises when you pickup your Bronco. X-Plan pricing is generally right around invoice pricing, while some dealers are honoring X-Plan pricing they still require you to present your X-Plan pin number to show you are X-Plan eligible so be sure to ask your dealer if they will require this. Be careful that the dealer does not later say, oh, Ford is not honoring X-Plan for the Bronco so your price will be $x.xx. The other benefit of X-Plan, it caps the fees the dealer can charge you.

See my thread on X-Plan pricing for the dollars and sense:
2021 Bronco pricing & savings spreadsheet (X-Plan vs Invoice and Below Invoice)

To be X-Plan eligible you need to either work for a Ford partner or supplier company or be a member of a public association, such as The Mustang Club of America (MCA) or Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA).

To see if your company is a Ford partner or supplier company check out this list of companies to see if yours is on it.
https://www.oxmoorflm.com/ford-a-x-z-plans/x-plan-partner-companies/

If you do, log into your companies HR/Employee Benefits website and look for the Ford Partner code number, it may be listed under something like Discounts or Perks.

Then request your "Pin Number" that you need to give to the dealer for the discount, it is good for one year.

Public Association Examples:
Join The Mustang Club of America (MCA), wait 90 days to qualify (only Digital and Standard Members are eligible, $35 or $50 membership).

EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association):

Ford Stock: If you have owned 100 shares of Ford Stock for a minimum of 6 months, see this post on how to get a Pin Number:

Unfortunately, appears FORD 2021 BRONCO Ineligible For X-PLAN Pricing - X-Plan Ineligible Products / I understand from posts that there are some/a few dealers offering discounts comparable to X-plan if the buyer has a pin. My dealer, however, not very "negotiable." Attached is "the official" FORD X Plan letter I was given.

Correct. Bronco is not eligible for x-plan, but there are a few dealers which offer discounts comparable to X-plan if the buyer has a pin.
