Possibly being screwed on my order

Have anyone ordered from Ray Skillman Ford?
I ordered over a month ago. I still haven’t received a order confirmation, my build sheet states “This order has not been submitted to the order bank.”
But I’ve reached out to the dealer several times and they say the order has been submitted. But I have no proof of it. My Ford says contact dealership. Has anyone seen this before?

Call them and ask to talk to the General Manager and ask for the DORA sheet of your build.

I’ve got the preview order summary form. With the price at the bottom. But it also says “this order has not been submitted to order bank.” So I’m assuming this isn’t the DORA form.

AT WORST case, you might not have made the 1st qtr production queue but your order isn't shot. That is WORST CASE GUESS.

You can also call into the Ford customer service line and speak with a bronco rep. They can give you an opinion, not attached to the dealer, on the status of your reservation/order.

Your Ford.com profile says “Contact Dealer” because they all say that. It’s just a link to your dealer’s contact information, so that’s not a problem.

Does your Ford.com profile say “Reservation” or does it say “In-Store Order”?

That might be it. Should have a Ford logo on top left and itemizes your build showing cost for each item. I had to sign and date mine at the bottom.

Then the dealer should have given you an actual purchase agreement which confirms your build along with pricing, including taxes and fees. This should also be signed.

Finally, you should’ve receive an email from Ford confirming that your reservation is now an order. Note that the Ford email confirmation sometimes doesn’t match your build exactly. Just confirm with your dealer and you should be good to go.

My reservation was early October and I’ve got pretty much all of the 6 late availability options. So maybe that’s what’s going on. I ordered a Badlands Sas, with 2.7 modular painted top. Along with leather. Lux package.
