Sasquatch.....why so many. No wonder..........

Everyone thinks Sasquatch is about the tires and it is not. It's about the running gear: the Heavier duty front axle and a locker for an IFS, the gear ratio, and possibly the 4A

I know many people forget there are trims besides a Badlands, but if you want one of those others, Sasquatch is your only means to get the beefier and better set up off road rig.

Remember, all those videos showing what the Bronco can do was with a Badlands which has all that running gear (well not the gear ratio).

The tires are just the visual eye candy.

Just curious what you're basing that on? I get that you don't intend to, maybe you're not an off road type guy. But Rubicon is just as expensive...plenty of videos of people Doing crazy stuff in those. I'm buying mine to use...so are many others. There will be plenty of videos of it being used as intended.

This is part of the reason why I hope I have a chance in getting my order fulfilled sooner rather than later. Zero deadly sins, non-squatch, BD, Shadow Black...I just couldn’t stick with the soft top only after finding out about the missing hookups...otherwise my order is comprised of the least desirable components.

You guys have corrupted me. Yesterday, the kid and I were at the drive thru for In n Out and parked in the lot was this decked out, lifted Rubicon. The problem is, the wheels were like 20" rims with 3 inches of actual sidewall..... And all I could think about Mall Crawling!

Ok. I love the look of the Sasquatch Bronco.

Ok. I know most of us (well, not me) will be getting the Sasquatch package.

Ok. Now I know why they will be in short supply. Ford is only making non production Broncos with the freaking Sasquatch package.

WHY! Why so many. I just want to see a BD on the mountain. In the woods. Doing anything.

Standard auto industry way of doing things. Magazine tests will all be with the "best" model Ford can send, so I'd bet 90% of the press cars will be Sas.

This isn't as bad since Sas is a main stream option. Look at Shelby GT500, all the magazine tests are with Carbon Fiber Track Package (CFTP), this bumps handling greatly and makes it dominate on the road course, but finding one is very difficult (last year dealer trades were $15-20K over sticker), Ford even calls the allocation for one a "golden ticket"
