I transferred my reservation to an order on 2-10-21 with the dealer and never received a confirmation email from Ford.
Logging into the Ford portal my profile still says the I am "In Progress" and in "Step #1 - Reservation".
I've called the dealership (not local) twice and they claim the order has been placed on their end.
Can anyone confirm if this is how my Profile on Ford should look or if something has gone wrong along the way.
My gut feeling... My dealer if waiting to submit my order after the March 19th deadline to attempt to move my 13/7/20 (14th with time zone) reservation behind her "preferred customers" as she has previously dodged questions regarding to how many reservations her dealership has received and where mine slots in claiming "there are a lot of loyal customers who has reservations and we currently have only 4 allocations".
