Sean emailed me Monday and I responded that night and nothing since, not even an auto reply. I called in today and Jaime said supposedly he'll call me Friday. We'll see. Too early to tell much but I'd figure a response within a couple days would be reasonable to expect.
I'm model year 22 as well. I asked about the follow-up/order email and he said (paraphrasing here) it'd be a few weeks, since I'm MY22. Prioritizing MY21, which makes complete sense. Figured I'd let you know, so you aren't waiting around for an email.He emailed me on Thursday, but I didn't see it until I got home, so my reply with a couple questions was late in the day, for him.
Saw his reply on Friday, when I got home from work, and needed to flip a coin on which build to go with.
Sent my reply in with the build pdf on Sunday, after work, and noted that I wanted 2022 M.Y.
I'm just waiting for his reply. (gonna be email tag again, if he gets back to me on Fri thru Sun.

Yeah, I'd have some patience for now. If I recall correctly, he's new to the team and going through all the October reservations, so many (if not all) will be MY22. At this point I wouldn't worry, but it's a fun little exercise. The best part is, when I do it again for MY22 I'll have access to more options/colors... maybe.

edit: Looks like the man, the myth, the legend is all over it for you. Albert swoops in! That's a good sign that things might be clearing up a bit for them. If Albert has a bit of time to jump on here that seems to be a good sign for their work flow at Granger.
