From what I've experienced...Mullinax Lake Park is arguably the worst...zero communication...

Does anyone have anything good to say?

I've tried multiple times...

Can I cancel my order and get an order from someone else?

Truly yours...extremely frustrated potential Bronco fan.

What is your reservation date? I could imagine that if you are after October or so that salesmen are not even responding. They have limited allocations and are trying to convert before March. In Orlando but not dealing with Mullinax. However a salesman at the Kissimmee branch is a regular on the forum. Perhaps he could help? @noahr

7/14 is my reservation date...placed my order and get nothing from my dealer. Just really frustrated...all these other people get all kinds of info, I just want to see what I ordered in paper.

I've had a great experience at Mullinax Kissimmee so far. @noahr has kept all reservation holders informed from the very beginning. I'm a November reservation and they haven't treated me any differently. I've got a co-worker with another Ford dealer in Central Florida and they haven't communicated with him one time since he made his reservation in October. Seems strange that your dealer hasn't contacted you when you have a July reservation.

Now my dilemma is do I want to deal with the hassle of converting my order back into a reservation and changing dealers...from what I've read, that process has been frustrating as well.
