No, but my brother cancelled both his reservations and I moved my two and all 4 were in the first 3 hours so most of you just moved on up!

Heading to Lewis Ford tomorrow. $500 deposit. i was told 160 reservation there. Salesman said 5 of his have canceled so far. 7/14 res we will see.....

Hey folks - late to the thread, but thought I would add my 2 cents. I reserved with Lewis in Fayetteville the first night and was in the first 100, so go the swag bag. Same amount of communication on my end, just emails and one call from Tucker when a Sport came in asking if I wanted to take a look. I had not heard anything further by this past Wednesday, so I swung by to take a look at color options and see if I could get any additional info. Scott met me in the lot and we chatted for awhile. He told me they had about 150 reservations and they have been allotted 70, so I feel pretty hopeful I’ll get ‘21 delivery. He brought me inside to Tucker and turns out I was the first order he had placed. Said he had been very busy and had not had time to reach out to any of his customers yet. I basically walked him through the B&P site and we got everything built. Scott helped out to get things going, so we got the order placed. It was a little frustrating that I had to basically walk them through everything and I got the sense that communication from management down was lacking. Either way, I handed over the $500 check and kept my fingers crossed!
I’ve owned a ‘77 Sport for about 10 years now and been a Bronco lover for as long as I can remember. Like most I’ve been waiting for the new one for a long time, so I’m pretty anxious to get my hands on it. Definitely feels weird to basically take a leap of faith for a $50K+ purchase, but I’m hoping things go well. Looking forward to connecting with more of you in the area!

Indeed frustrating. Thanks for the update. 70 out of 150 is a decent percentage. Many on the site have said that other dealers were allocated only 30% of orders.

Yeah, 70/150 = 47%. I haven’t heard of any other dealership in the US with that high an allocation percentage. Most are everaging 30% +/-5%.

On Friday, @sjaholic said he was told Lewis had 160 reservations (70/160 = 44%, still high), but 5 had already cancelled. @VoltageDrop said he transferred 2 reservations from Lewis to another dealer and his brother cancelled 2 reservations at Lewis. So maybe the 150 is net after those transfers and cancellations?

Nevertheless, if you have a first-night reservation, I think you will get a 21MY delivery, because I think Ford’s estimate of a 70% take rate is optimistic.

One of the reasons I told Tucker I'd be there Wednesday is I didn't want to be the first couple of orders they did. Learn on someone else. Plus, by then they may have a better idea of how many really plan to convert. I still hold some of the chips.

I have gone by and talked to Tucker in person a couple of times as well as email and texts with him. It's my Bronco and I want to make sure everything is good with it. I'm just not one to sit back and wait and hope it gets done.

Scott @ Lewis told me that in the first two days they had fifty reservations.
I’m a second day res holder, but it’s a two door wildtrak so....hurry up and wait!
Scott mentioned that the cancellations were due to people being upset at the delays .

I transferred my first reservation (7/20/20) to Granger this afternoon for the $1,000-under-invoice offer. I also have a second reservation (10/31/20) at Granger for the October special $2,000-under-invoice offer, but only plan to use one. Maybe I will get a late 21MY delivery, but more likely it will be 22MY?

Given my two reservation dates, I'm in no rush to convert to an order and will explore my options in coming weeks as more information trickles out from the Ford mother ship or the often-faster B6G grapevine.
