I am very interested in ordering the Bronco, specifically the 4-door Outer Banks, after seeing the Cyber Orange promo vehicle. However, when I select the onyx/roast vinyl-leathers seats (as was shown in the promo/concept vehicles) blue-colored, not the orange, trim accents show up on the screen. Is that really reflective of what you’ll get? The blue would look pretty terrible with the black & dark brown, especially with the CO exterior, so I can’t imagine Ford would make such a blunderous design decision...or would they?
Thank you, in advance, for any insights you can provide on this!

Only Badlands gets the orange accents.

I see you're new, lots of past talk on this but yes, interior colors are different on each trim level, some match, some don't.

Andrea just so you know, Jacob isn't angry at you calling you "Missy". But rather it is a long standing blame game that is cast on a lady who was part of the interior design team. Her name is Missy and hence-forth any and all blame of the interior is cast on Missy and is known as Missy's Mistake. Just wanted to give you the background since you are new to the forum.

Nice part, all those handles are removable, so I'm certain there will be an aftermarket that replaces the colors if you hate them. Now, changing out vent controls in the dash may be another story.

So I need to paint the roof, paint the dash, recover the seats, and find/paint the vent and grab handle highlights. Sigh. Thanks Missy.

I can't wait to see what the aftermarket comes up with in those spots instead of handles. No clue what I even mean but it might be a great spot for a phaser.

Thanks for explanation Ken! You are right in assuming that I didn’t know what Jacob meant. ?. I’m really perplexed as to why someone would think it would be better to use blue in the color scheme and it doesn’t even match with the CO exterior, which they even charge extra for. Missy made some BIG mistakes. Missy ?

Good news is on the OBX with Roast, your biggest color blunder will be the grab handle and stitching.

Grab handle is easily replaced. Stitching is a bit more difficult, but a sharpie might have you covered.

Welcome to the forum. You will find a ton of threads on this very subject as it appears Ford (Missy) was more driven to have a specific color interior combo based on model then choice of exterior color. It's so bad that many (including myself) have to pick a different model then we would prefer just to have the interior match our choice of exterior color (i.e. if you like CO then Badlands is one of the best choices with its matching black and orange accents). I am afraid this is one of the biggest complaints with the Bronco. Many hope this will be corrected by MY22 or so, but for the early adapters it is very frustrating.
