You give them too much credit. I see it as just more flailing around.

If you can't believe their written materials - or their spokespeople, then what?

Ford has less credibility than Baghdad Bob
Maybe I do give them some credit but I agree that violating their word and the price guide that was published through Bronco Nation does call into question their credibility. As for Baghdad Bob I never got to hear him. I was too busy taking care of my Soldiers on the march to Baghdad.

$1,216 difference on my BD Squatch 2.7 mid build between yesterday morning and today. No changes in my itemized list of accessories and packages, and as everyone is saying math does not add up.
I‘ve always considered myself a pretty trusting person, but Ford has made me think I might just be gullible. Obsessing over the Bronco, and checking this forum 10 times a day has been a nice distraction during a difficult year, but the luster is gone. $1,200 won’t break most of our banks, but I think everyone’s patience is pretty depleted at this point.

Whether its a glitch or not isn't the point.

Ford is inept. They just can't communicate worth a shit. The 2.7/auto bundle has been online 2 months, and was verified by their Q&A process: "Yes, its true and its a steal".

Just remember you're buying a vehicle that you haven't sat in much less driven...from a poorly managed company, whose products have been widely panned (except for Mustang/trucks) by industry publications.

Lower your expectations...significantly.
In agreement, Inept. Expectations extremely low now and Ford looks stupid.

Ford wants me to believe they did not proof read pricing on the B&P tool until just now and just realized the AT option was incorrect. I did not know the pricing was verified which makes it clear the B&P was correct until Ford decided to test its Bronco audience and see how much money they can squeeze out of us. Something is drastically wrong at Ford.

No smart / ethical business management would pull this kind of switch after this amount of time. Most companies with pride in their process & respect for their customer, if they made a mistake would find a way to eat it and fix pricing, for instance, on any new reservations moving forward after the date they decided to change pricing. I think this will slow down Ford Bronco orders and cause some to move on to other vehicles. In any event I'll keep looking at other products over the next year while I wait and am more prone to buying something from another company that may be more ethical. I have been a small business owner for a long time and you just don't change a quoted price. Ford has resources to make sure pricing mistakes don't happen, its called a spreadsheet and a high school intern.

Ford is using up any goodwill they had after a very poor release on the Bronco. The design appears good, the release premature and bungled. On a scale of 1 - 10 this release is at a 3.

edit: I really hate bitching, so, this hit a nerve. Done with it and moving on. Cheers mates!

Hopefully, Ford will come to their senses and realize that managing the 'allocation formula' is outside their competency zone. They really need to contract out the difficult arithmetic and stick with counting fingers & toes.

You are correct.
But, don’t worry BN is going to crunch all of the allocation numbers for Ford, so it should be spectacular!

The 2.7/auto debacle was 100% planned by Ford. They told you it was $1895 for a couple of months and let that settle into your mind letting you get "a win". Now that you are invested in the Bronco with all the time you have spent on the B&P page, on here, and any other Bronco social media they "fix" B&P and hike up the prices. You accept the new price and say "oh well, I'll still get it". Ford wins, you get burned.

I think Ford realized the demand is through the roof and they are adjusting prices to force a few things, move more people back to 2.3, move people off of the Sasquatch option, and decrease demand for MY21 and MY22. (I think if they actually got a 70% conversion rate they would be building reservations into early MY23.)

in MY25 you will be able to go into a dealership and get a Bronco with money on the hood and/or X plan pricing...Too bad my 17 year old truck won’t make it that long.
looks like Irish coffee this morning.
