Yeah with a baby I highly recommend the 4 door. You will end up putting the kid in it a lot I bet if it is a daily driver.

If it is not going to perform baby duty with any regularity. Go 2 door, but just know as the family grows or during the times it must perform baby duty... It is going to be a pain.

You can always go 4 door and upgrade it as funds are available.

Baby....4 door.

Like 2 door better. But that lil one will need the seat for years. And then backwards in a 2 door. ? you’ll
Like it for the extra room too.

Loved my 4 door wrangler when my kids were little...now 4 and 11.

So it’s 2 door for me. Wife’s car is the primary kid travel and the 11 year old bikes everywhere.

4 door- man all the crap a baby needs and if you plan on traveling ur gonna need the extra space

I’ve debated the 4 door 2 door thing hard and I’m leaning towards the 4. I’m an avid camper and mountain biker and the little extra room the 4 gives is what I will need

I love the squatch
I do
But do I need it- no...
I might just get the 4 door BD and upgrade tires and wheels later

Good
Luck man

Yea it won’t perform baby duty, but you are right, it will have to eventually, at least once and it might be a pain, but driving in steelys is just not my taste, also don’t like the aftermarket world, I’m a factory-option type of guy.

I think you can do what I plan to do - get it without SASQ and then add tires and a slight lift later. Although the lower trims, it is harder due to the diff gearing. I am looking at a black diamond so it may be easier.

You will be happy to have the 4 door with a baby, no matter what your wife says. The Jetta is just not big enough. What if you have twins? Consider this a typical baby will require a child seat, a diaper bag, emergency bottles, and diapers when you go on a trip, formula, bottle warmer (stay away from warming the bottle from birth and you will not need a bottle warmer), and some toys that hang on the car seat. Likewise, at first, you may need someone to ride in the back with the baby as well if the baby is a car crier.
The 4door will give you the room for all that. Even though we probably grew up with cars as baby carriers - I think you will be happier with the bigger Bronc.

Likewise when things start to get hectic and the wife upset - she will not blame you for buying a smaller 2 door Bronc. You thought of the family and got the 4 door.

and congrats to both you and the wife.

I will be turning in a mustang, so I’ve grown to enjoy the 2 door life,
Thankfully I have a couple months to decide, still not sure tho

I’m glad I had the 4 door....for the road trips I wanted my wrangler with us. Camping, Tahoe, lake days...etc.

Upgrade the tires after, add another .5 or inch with a very aggressive tread.

Then when they are bigger. And they don’t cost nearly as much (kids) trade in for the 2 dr warthog.

my budget in the high 35's msrp
I can have my dream one with sasquatch as a 2D Base even if im not off roading too much, I like the looks
or a steely base as a 4D both come out to about 36 ish, (will add KO2 right after purchase)
i will be havin a baby in march, but the wife has a jetta so that would be the designated car
I just dont want to regret not getting sasquatch just to get a 4D, especially if it will be my daily driver and i would be the only one driving it. 99% of the time

2D.. https://shop.ford.com/configure/bronco/config/summary/Config[|Ford|Bronco|2021|1|1.|101A.E5C..G1...RET.64X.]

4D.. https://shop.ford.com/configure/bronco/config/summary/Config[|Ford|Bronco|2021|1|1.|101A.E5B..G1...43L.RET.]

HELPPPP
I raised three kids. You will never get them in and out of that car seat on a 2 door.

The 4 door is a very capable 4x4. Love the base wheel look.

2 door, babies are over rated. Tell that kid if he can’t compliment your lifestyle this isn’t going to work out.

Yes, this is a joke, get the 4 door.

Car seats and 2-Doors are a recipe for A LOT of stress......especially if this is your first. Lift and tires later....hand down easy decision. This thing will wheel quite well in all stock trims.

You could get away with a 2 door for quite a few years depending if this was your bigger family mover vehicle or not but maybe not if you had dogs.

The 4-door will make life easier. Expected ownership considered, what if there is a brother or sister in 2-3 years. Never say never. :giggle: Sorry to break it to you, but you gotta start seeing yourself a little differently - you will be glad you did!
