looks like your swing gate was removed for the that tire carrier.. have you tried raising back to the original position ? It might be sagging at a lower position than factory.

Still plugging away at this V2 seal...waiting on follow-up from Devin/support. This was after adjusting the glass as high up as it can go. Hasn't exactly been an improvement so far:

The swing out tire carrier bumper didn't involve any door removal at all (thankfully). It does however shift the door up a slight amount on the latch side, due to the lack of a spare tire hanging off of it. What I ended up doing is closing the door with the seal aligned as best I could from the exterior, making sure that water seal flap covered the door. From there, I climbed in the back, and from the interior side using a plastic pry tool edge I pushed the seal out and away from the door. Once done, I left it in a hot Florida garage to bake and take the new shape. Here's the results:

Giving the Turn team their props, they were very quick to diagnose and acknowledge the issue, and replace it under their product warranty free of charge. Now we wait for the moon roof panel...
