2 years and 4 months:

I clicked 60K in 2 years, 9 months. That includes a drive home to Austin from an awesome dealership in Cedar Springs, Mi (Vanderhyde), and a trip out to Telluride, Co. The amzing thing about this is that my stock SAS Goodyears still probably have 10K left on them.

I love the pictures that document the flurry of excitement and packaging carnage that comes with new Bronco parts.

Installed the DV8 bull bar on my Capable bumper. After a hr of cussing and discussing i got it finished. πŸ€” The bumper really needs to be removed to do this install. Drilling the bumper to install Rivnuts was a challenge even with new sharp drill bits.
I will be installing a 20” light bar soon. 😎

What adapter did you get? Twisted shifters says the regular adapter will raise the height of the knob and I obviously don’t want that with the B and M
Looking at a Youtube installation, to me, it didn't look like it increases the shift height/length by alot.

Here is the video:

I bought a black shifter knob (my interior is black and my paint is Carbonized Grey) and plan to install it tomorrow. I will report back.

OK, so I installed mine today. It didn't have a set nut to fix the position, instead it had a tube of blue locktight. I probably screwed it up, since I used the original washer (couldn't find the provided washer). Anyway, it looks good, hopefully it will work well. Also, it really didn't add any noticeable length to the shifter. It looks shorter, but it's about the same. Here are some photos:

Classic. Man, I want a 2 door manual so bad. Is having three Broncos just ludicrous stupid gratuitous ridiculousness?

depends on whether you are talking 3 new Bronco. LOL I have 3: a 76, a 79 and a 22. The 2 older ones are in my profile picture. The 76 should probably get an updated picture since it currently looks in about the same shape as the 79. LOL So the only "running" Bronco is the 22. LOL

Have a '22 2-dr WT and a '24 4-dr WT. The wife is intimidated by manuals....even though she can ride motorcycle. Go figure. I'm too attached financially and emotionally to the '22 to part with it....but I want a manual dang it.

What brackets did you use for the Stacktech boxes? I recently came across them and picked up a 2-drawer box and a large toolbox to go on top of that. I want to get another drawer and the open-top cargo box to go next to it but I’d love to have a base mount for that satisfying little β€œclick,” and to know my gear isn’t going to get tossed around.

I applied a generous helping of β€˜loop’ side Velcro strips to the conveniently perfectly sized Toughbuilt StackTech drawers, crates, totes, etc. The Velcro serves several purposes: One, as a soft & functional surface; Two, to visually cleanup the MANY Toughbuilt logos; and Three, dampens any potential rattle between stacked units.
The Toughbuilt system is really nice - great build quality, plenty of sizes and options, and importantly - fits 2 units deep perfectly. I will be installing mounting brackets to the floor liner once they arrive. Another set of full unit fits next to these, but I’ll be installing a fridge slide this week.

Today I swapped out the stock chrome wheel lugs for black ones to match the wheels. I also added a strap to my hood to help me reach it (since I installed Redline hydraulic max lifts I couldn't reach it). Here are some photos:
