Reporting back, less than 500 miles and numerous swing outs, and I'm hearing some atrocious creaks/groans from the swing mount area of the bumper. I'm thinking this may need periodic touch up with grease (or I simply went too light with it on the bearings at install), especially as weather variances happen (e.g. South FL just hit the 50's randomly).

Edit: For some reason, the bumper mounting bolts on the swing out side worked themselves loose enough to cause the creak. Now I need to put thread locker on the shopping list for these bolts. Glad it's not a defect, or a lack of grease. Would've hated to have to disassemble the upper portion to fix that 😅

Installed a couple days ago by a local shop, chased non working license plate light, was driverside factory connector. Same for the sensors factory connector on passenger side. Tailgate striker plate needed substantial adjustment. Heim joints fine tuning. Solid, no rattles Tailgate closes like butter now. Better than it did stock. Didn't expect the factory tow package to that exposed. Will have to buy a reciever skid to protect that 7pin connection. Happy though! Noooo way it's a 60minute install though. Quote from the shop: "Pdf instructions, video is great and all, would be greatly appreciated to supplement the process though".
Nabbed the day Black Friday sale went live.

How's the tailgate mounted license plate clearance between the light and the lower rectangular swing gate arm at close for you folks? I find my light is making slight contact and rubbing a bit as a result. I imagine prolonged road vibration won't be a good thing.

Mine seems fine with plenty. Is your install an early launch? Cut too much of the Turn supplied bumpers? I think I recall seeing some posts of early purchases having issues with bumpers (too short) and maybe Turn remedied it it later kits? They may send you some new ones.

I didn't receive any additional bump stops with mine to add or modify the stop distance (adds credibility to the early launch theory), but it definitely looks like I have more material than yours:

Agreed, just measured mine and the square tubing on Mine is 2" x 3". 2" front/back or "thick" by 3" tall, not the dimension we're concerned with. Your bumpers, if stock are between 2.5-3X smaller in thickness than mine. That alone would fix your clearance issue.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction! I'm trying to steer this love/hate relationship with this bumper system in the right direction, it just takes a Bronco village to get it where it needs to be.
No problem! I would still reach out to them to see if they'll send you some though. Reference this thread, even using our comparison photos. Their new bump stops even came with new retainers I think too as the factory ones are somewhat chincy. They get pretty deformed during removal for the new bumps.

Finish Line (60 minutes my 🫏):

Still have to address my license plate light being out (my fault entirely for wire stripping too well and ripping the negative out of the connector). Would I do this again, or recommend this...absolutely not. There's way too much information missing and QC issues to justify the purchase. I may go back and lower the tire mount a bit, I miss not having it creep into my rear view.

I agree. I went through the install this last weekend, started Saturday, just finished yesterday. Sunday's cold weather did not help. Hands froze up before I could get through the wiring aspect.

Major issue: The video instructions skip wiring the rigid dually LEDs. I'd expect at least splicing instructions to reverse lights or to AUX switches. I have ordered the SPVs after reaching out to them last week. I hope their instructions and videos work, this thread should help but I'm definitely not great at wiring. Learning experience though. 🥲

Minor issue: The video instructions don't show the park aid sensor o-ring removal. They can be installed after the fact, with the clips provided, but it isn't easy if you are big guy.

Minor issue: The park aid sensor harness clips need to be sprayed out with wd40, then dielectric grease if they error or fault, any small amount of dirt will prevent those from going in

Major issue: bearing brace covers have to be slammed into the tire carrier.

Minor issue: no grease supplied for the bearings. Just picked up some old Lucas red from the store to get that taken care of.

Minor issue: 30mm washer and bolt doesn't fit very well with the bearings brace issue mentioned above. Both bearing braces have to be slammed down due to fit and finish issues. Make sure they are down before putting the tire carrier on the pivot rod.

Major issue: I have the sasquatch OEM size tire and wheel, it doesn't really fit even with the longest extension of the adjustable tire holder. You can't go wider than SAS OEM. So I don't think this will work well for many 37s/40s. Which is kinda the whole point. Spacers aren't too great in my mind, but I also understand most folks don't go beyond 13" wide

Minor issue: Licensed plate on the spare tire makes it difficult to access the spare. The license plate relocation kit to the swing out is almost a necessity if you are hard core crawling, or if you have OEMs that get sidewall punctures all the time (lol).

Overall, for the money and savings, it works, but I wouldn't do it again until better instructions/updated video and QC issues are addressed.

+1 perpetual metal on metal creak/squeak coming from the swing mount side of the bumper with every tail gate opening and rearward force exertion, that isn't present on the driver's side.

Minor issue, but many mud flaps you may have to zip tie, not a turn offroad thing though 😂😂

No squeaks for me yet, but I have less than 100mi on it. I packed the hell out of everything with grease though and torqued stuff down. I'll report back in 500mi if I have this issue. So far I need to at least take it on some local bouncy unsaved roads and see how the hiem joints hold up.
