Anyone else feel like the interior was a bait and switch? None of them look as as nice as the original prototypes / pictures.

Yes, I have been trying to figure out the dash. In a couple of BL prototype videos the textured top of the dash is said to be soft touch.

In the BN video some of the tops are called anodized. I think the front of the dash (vertical piece) that says Bronco is also anodized. Anodizing is what Jeep does on it’s rubicons (red section) which is basically a thin layer of metal coating a plastic piece. This is better than all plastic.

Any ideas and what Ford is actually doing with the dash?

I guess I didn't realize that the seats in the Black Diamond had that much contrast. Not sure what I think about that. Can't say I love it.

This thread had some really good photos of the Outer Banks' Roast with Black Onyx Leather-Trimmed/Vinyl interior from the fishing concept vehicle, among the other great shots of the Badlands interior; hopefully they don't mind me linking them here.

Also, it is painful to look at some of the light grey/white/red vinyl Cactus concept photos and how good that is ... still hoping for an outside miracle that something like that is available for FE, BL, OBX, etc.

looking at this more and asking myself why the sport got brown on brown. and the bronco got brown on black.
