There were zip tie tabs along the bull bar and also underneath where the in bumper light bar is and the pocket light bar are. Lots of them. I would check with their support. I ran everything along the bumper and up in to the driver side battery compartment area
Ah, I get it. Just the small slots for zip ties. Those will work. But, there was nothing in the middle under the winch. So the harness was just dangling. I utilized a few of the unused winch mount holes. It’s all tight and clean. Getting installed tomorrow. Waiting for my lights to come back from Baja Designs. But, I have to get the rear installed as well. Gonna be a full day.

@sklnbnzaz - looking good! Which fairing are you using? I like the matte finish and clean edges. I mounted the one that came with the Superwinch, but I’m not psyched on it.

Routed the winch wiring and cleaned up the lighting wiring a bit and installed @4x4TruckLEDs.com harness for secondary pair and pigtails onto the factory harness.

Ready to mount!

I was having a difficult time deciding on a damn plate mount solution that won’t look dumb AF.

The one fairlead solution that would work with FlatLink I was leaning towards Vice Designs

But, I’m really not into the plate being the star of the show. Front and center. In your face.

I decided to go with Dissent Flip Up and plan to drill a couple of holes and use riv-nuts just below the vents. This way I can flip it down for daily driving and lay it flush with the skid for trail rides. In reality I will probably just leave it flush…”sorry officer” 👮‍♂️

I’m having an issue with the sensor bevels on the rear bumper. Anyone else encounter this? The keys don’t line up at all. Their install mentions that the sensors should be pointed DOWN which seems sketchy to me. That means the bevels and the retainers are flipped 180° and the sensor would be directed towards the ground. Which might be pointed in the right direction once mounted. I’m not sure. But the keys don’t line up either way on the two outer sensors.

Sensors were the toughest part to get dialed in. I changed the rear bezels to the flat ones and used the existing on the front. They are pointed down a bit and do line up. I took a photo on my mod bumper beforehand though.

I have since changed the fairlead to the Mojab fairlead and hook and it is great!

Yeah, I think I screwed up by directing the rear outers to match OEM. Either way the keys did not line up and I had to trim them. DV8 is sending me their bezels for free. I’m going to have to pull it. But, it looks great. I’m really happy with this series.

You can do it without pulling the bumper completely. You just have to reach up under there. It is easier if you loosen the bolts so it drops down a little bit though. That is what I did. And YES, I messed up the factory sensors bezels as well. Partly because I was tired an impatient after having done the front bumper.

Oh! Good to know. Looks like my BLIS no longer works because they aren't pointed down/flipped 180. So, I will have to do that one day in the near future. Luckily I am not receiving any codes or warnings.

The DV8 Team is great to work with. They are here in Arizona along with ADD, Flatline Van, Rago and C4 Fabrication. The ADD Manufacturing facility is impressive.

Yeah, they were very helpful throughout this entire process (original set arrived damaged) - but would NOT accept the fact that my keys were not aligning. Thankfully they are sending me a set of their bezels (which should be included in the kit in the first place).

Good Feedback. I will let their Marketing guy know when I see him next. I get out on the trails with him from time to time
