Originally introduced with the XL Sport Linkable, this modular light bar quickly became a favorite among people for its adjustability, clean design, and OEM-level integration. Now, we’re taking it even further with the XL Pro Linkable, delivering even more distance, brightness, and versatility for drivers who demand more power for their lighting configuration.
Experience full adjustment and total performance with the Baja Designs XL Linkable LED light bar kit, engineered for enthusiasts seeking to take charge with a completely customizable lighting package. Built around our popular XL shallow moto housing, the XL Linkable can be built with 3 to 9 XL Sport or XL Pro forward projecting lights that provide a smooth blend due to the use of multiple lenses illuminating zones 1, 2, 3, and 4 simultaneously. The unique feature of our XL Linkable system provides 45 degrees of vertical pitch adjustment within each light or the entire unit. Completely independent horizontal adjustment per light allows for straight or arc configurations to perfectly match the lines of your vehicle’s bumper or roofline.

The original XL Sport Linkable offered 3,162 lumens per light, which set a new standard for customizable modular light bars. The XL Pro Linkable builds upon that proven design and significantly ups the power with 4,095 lumens per light. For those running the full nine-light system, that is 36,855 lumens of total power.
Precision Adjustability Meets Seamless Design
What makes the XL Linkable series unique is its ability to adapt to virtually any vehicle and any application. Thanks to billet-machined links, the XL Pro Linkable offers up to 45 degrees of vertical pitch adjustment and up to 20 degrees of horizontal arc adjustability. We can fine-tune the configuration of the light bar to follow the natural curvature of a windshield, follow a roofline, or maintain a straight look across a bumper. This level of fine-tuning ensures that light is not only powerful but perfectly positioned for any vehicle it’s mounted to for correct light aiming.
Installation is simple, thanks to pre-crimped and trimmed harnesses that make wiring clean and frustration-free. Adding more lights as our needs evolve is just as easy. Each system also includes black rock guards to keep the lights protected when not in use, blending both function and form into a seamless package.

Unlike the harsh blue light (6000K–6500K) common in many aftermarket LEDs, our 5000K output is specifically tuned to reduce driver fatigue, increase depth perception, and deliver a natural color that is most similar to daylight. It’s a difference you can see and feel during long periods behind the wheel.
The XL Pro Linkable also incorporates our ClearView® Optics Technology, engineered to deliver light exactly where it’s needed most. By optimizing reflector and lens design, ClearView ensures that LEDs are put to work efficiently, maximizing usable light while minimizing scatter and glare. Combined with our optics, this guarantees that whether we’re driving flat out across open desert or rock crawling through technical trails in the woods, the light bar works with us, not against us.
