What did you drive before getting your Bronco?

This was my fun nice weather car before I bought the Bronco... still have it and just found out how much it will cost for a grave site that will hold me and the Shelby... damn...!!!

My daily was 2015 Silverado and still have it (not picture worthy compared to the Fords).

I have been using the Bronco as a daily since the thing is just so fun to drive.
I really thought that I would be disappointed with the Bronco after years of vehicular sex, aka driving a GT350.
Boy was I wrong................ I love this little two door.
How does it compare:
Handling - nope
Acceleration - nope
Exhaust note - nope
Fun to Drive - Makes up for it here and equals the Shelby.

A 2023 Grand Cherokee Summit L Reserve which was beautiful vehicle and I had no issues or complaints. However when I saw the Bronco Raptor I was stricken! So, last June I brought home "Blue" my 2024 Bronco Raptor. This car (truck) never fails to start a conversation at the gas pump, convenience store or just going to Walmart. I love the handling and capabilities!

2013 Ram that I bought new, and had 26,600 miles on it when I traded it in last November. It had 35x12.50r20 Nitto Mud Grapplers, Amp Research power steps and a 9 year ceramic coating. LOVE that truck.

2004 BMW 330i. And I still have it. Will be 21 years old in a few months and it still runs great. 173k miles with the original clutch. The last mainly hydro-mechanical 3-series BMW made. All the newer models have drive-by-wire electronics in them (like the Bronco) that IMHO take away the visceral feel of the Ultimate Driving Machine.

I got the Bronco because I like to do outdoorsy stuff (fishing, camping and hunting) and I was always the passenger. Also planning to retire to a state that is more rural in nature and figure the Bronco will be perfect as my last vehicle I own. It is only the 3rd car I have owned in my life. BMW was #2.

Her she is with her square winter tire setup on 17”ers. Summer rubber is staggered 18”ers

Knowing what I know now, I would have kept the car with a salvage title and repaired it on my own. It had a totally rebuilt engine at 250k miles and a new clutch. It would have been good for 500k miles easy

Don’t have a pic of the car on my iPhone but I do have a pic my buddy took when we did a midnight banzai run on I-5 in Southern California. That baby could reach redline in 5th gear! Like many on B6G have done with their Broncos, I easily spent more on my Integra than she cost on the showroom floor. Man, I miss that ride…

Your question seems to assume that I got rid of what I was "driving" before. Nope, the Bronco is an addition to my set of vehicles.

I drove a 2022 Bronco sport Badlands and before that I drove a 2021 4 door Bronco Badlands SAS. Now I drive a 2023 four door Bronco Badlands .

It's always good to wait until the statute of limitations has passed before posting incriminating evidence. My nephew was filming and caught a similar shot shortly before we reached the fastest speed I was willing to go. Still had almost 1,500 RPMs available. That would remain my best top speed for a long time until I got a car that could accelerate much more quickly and thus didn't need as much road to wind up the speedo.
