This is the thought that pops into my head every time I read a new rumor about the B&P date or a Green Bronco/Seattle event now. I'm not trusting anyone's source - "My cousin Donna went on a date with a guy who works with a guy that once passed by Mike Levine in the halls of Ford."
What's actually causing the delays with the release? There's no way it's because of web developers. They probably build the B&P tool for each vehicle through a system that the developers created years ago, and the developers aren't even involved in it each time they release a new model. Are they trying to obtain enough server capacity so we don't crash their site? Are they trying to figure out the cost of all the accessories and options still? What's actually causing it to take so long?

I thought this too at first. With the majority of Ford's cars/trucks, I think the devs probably have a B&P template already built out and they just plug the new car data in and it's ready for the most part. For the Bronco though, it seems like it's gonna be a special Build & Price. For one, they have the new version of dealer installed options and the Bronco has the 200+ options at launch. They might have some really cool new visualization and sharing features for this B&P. Hopefully. Otherwise yeah, idk.

Got a call from my dealer, he asked if I wanted to come in this Sunday because the ordering system was opening up and we could figure out my build.
Oh and he said they could take my deposit starting then, too.... ?
I've always had the understanding that the B&P Tool arriving would coincide with dealers getting order guides themselves. I'm not going to visit my dealer, but I am going to leave Sunday open just in case B&P does go live ?
