You probably know this already but just in case, you can buy a GS40 from Audiofrog directly. I just purchased one GS40 from them a week ago.

Have you installed the GS40 yet? Is a bypass filter or resistor needed?

I installed the GS40 for the center and rear channel pods and GS42 for the front L/R dash. Sounds really good, not bright and brings the soundstage up above with a bit more meat. Kept the kick panels as stock, sound from these OEMs blend quite well. Play I don't Care Anymore by Phil Collins and listen to the drums come out of the dash speakers (L/R/C), and don't be afraid to turn it up.

I didn't use any HP filters as I'm using the OEM B&O head unit.

I've replaced the rear roll cage pods and installed the GS62- 6" with the pods then the front kick panel speakers with Morel Tempo Ultra Integra 602. The Forscan programming really changed the sound though!
I can now hear the underwhelming two front dash speakers (Audiofrog GS42 going in soon :) under stress, which prompted me to check out the center dash speaker as well.

Ordered the GS40 single today. Thanks again!
